They're in the middle of building an addition. They seem to be pretty experienced. They're hard to get ahold of sometimes. If we weren't on a farm, they'd wake us up in the morning. I would say these guys have been really pleasant to work with. They're not out there smoking, they're not swearing, they're not drinking; they're working hard all day long. We've had other workers out here, particularly ones that did a roof, where they just swore all day long. These guys have been really pleasant to work with. They come with a smile on their face and they're kinda laughing and joking all day long, and they work really hard. This is an Amish company, an Amish group. The guy in charge is named Reuben. Maybe on experience ... where maybe he hasn't been in business as a total contractor for so long. It's just like there should be some kind of ventilation in the basement and we didn't think of it until it was too late. So just kind of some little things like that where maybe if he's got ten more years under his belt, he would've thought of that right away. I think there's also a part of the attic that needs ventilation too, but I will have to work on that.
