Description of Work: they built a 3 car garage. I thought there could have ben more communication from them. The garage was supposed to be built last fall & because of the early cold snap, it was postponed until Spring. They kept telling us we were next in line, with every call, yep, you're next in line. Otherwise the garage is beautiful and well built. It took only 6 hrs to put up (after the concrete set).I don't like the weather vane on the top of the garage & don't remember them saying it was going to be put up, but that's a little thing.

Description of Work: Coach house built a two car garage for us. First they removed three trees, a fence and the old one car garage. After laying a concrete pad, the garage was erected in less than a day. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a new garage.

 + -1 moreFrom start to finish I was pleased with the performance of Coach House garages. Our rep, Steve Schrock, was wonderful. He managed the project from start to finish and was able to flawless integrate any change or adjustment we made. We are constantly amazed at the perfection of the garage. Coach house pre-builds the USB walls with studs in their shop and delivers them to the site for attachment to the block foundation and assembly completion. This made our job of flooring the attic a piece of cake as everything was perfectly square! It also ensures that the siding sits perfectly without ripple. We couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. Their work and materials also come with extensive warranties and guarantees. The garage is actually now a show piece. It has been a constant parade of neighbors and contractors (for other projects)through the garage since it was built. All have taken the company name and contact information with them. A great experience!
Description of Work: We contracted for a 24' X 24' 2 car garage with vinyl exterior. The roof is a 6/12 pitch with a web truss system to hold weight for a storage attic. The garage was constructed on a slightly challenging site due to the slope of the property. The concrete garage floor was poured in a lower position so that the incline of the driveway apron could be reduced. The final piece of this project was a small concrete patio poured on the back side of the garage for the access door.

 + -1 moreCan't say enough about this company, but I'll try. Steve Schrock and the builders of Coach House are a delight to work with. We had to redesign this garage 3x due to zoning and other issues. Steve cheerfully gave us an quote each time. When we hired them to do the job, we were pushing the envelope of the ''construction season.'' December. There were a number of schedule changes due to the weather, but Steve kept us updated on each change. They built a great garage. Everybody who sees it remarks on how good it looks. The best thing about this company is that when problems do come up, like they almost always will, they are committed to making it right to your satisfaction. That, to me, is the mark of an exceptional company. Just recently, they came by to fix our garage door.They did this promptly, no charge, in the midst of their busiest season. Of course, they honor their original quote. This garage is a great value, and we are thoroughly delighted with it.
Description of Work: Coach house built a 24x24 garage for us with Anderson window upgrades, a 6/12 roof, storage loft, 24 foot interior dividing wall, insulated concrete floor, insulated garage doors, dimensional roof shingles, 24x11 parking slab, plus a 35 foot concrete driveway. They also demolished and hauled away our existing one car garage. In other words, this was not your standard 24x24 garage job.

Construction material was outstanding. The rafters were top quality. I am very satisfied with the experience. I had to call them back to adjust a few things. They were prompt and friendly on their call backs and returned to finish up. If they built houses I would have them build my house.

OF ALL THE ESTIMATES WE COLLECTED, HIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST COMPLETE, PROVIDING US WITH DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT EVERY PRODUCT AND PART OF THE GARAGE. THE QUALITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION IS TOP-NOTCH. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED. THE WORK SITE WAS ALWAYS KEPT VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. THE CREW ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE PROJECT WAS DONE IN ESSENTIALLY 3 STAGES OVER JUST UNDER A MONTH: DEMOLITION, CONCRETE WORK, AND CONSTRUCTION. THE CONSTRUCTION ITSELF TOOK ONE DAY. THE TIMING OF THE REST OF THE WORK WAS DICTATED LARGELY BY PERMITS, INSPECTIONS, AND LETTING THE CONCRETE SET. STEVE WAS IN CONTACT WITH US THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, LETTING US KNOW WHEN EACH STEP WOULD BE COMPLETED. HE ALSO MET WITH US AFTER THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETED TO GO OVER ALL OUR VARIOUS WARRANTIES, AND TO GIVE US SOME MAINTENANCE TIPS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT COACH HOUSE.
