The experience went very well overall. They don’t build the sides of the garage on site, but at their location, and then bring the pieces on site. They were able to quickly assemble the garage and got the job done in one day! The quality is great, so it was definitely worth the extra money. I’m happy with the results.

Overall, the experience was excellent. They had a turn-key price for everything, and everything was done within exactly as quoted. They even hauled cement away after the job was complete! I would refer them to others.

The experience was fantastic, from beginning to end. They’re a reputable company and I can’t say enough good things about them. The work that they’ve done for me, as a whole package, along with their reputation, was definitely worth their price. I was able to trust them and it was a very good decision!

I dealt with Rick Otto and Jeremy Adkins. Rick is out of Illinois and Jeremy is the new local representative of Coach House. The were both easy to deal with and prompt with returning phone calls and setting up appointments. We had some challenges with meeting newer code requirements from the time our original garage was built. I felt Rick and Jeremy went above and beyond as far as researching the issue with the city and getting the plans approved and permit issued. I was very appreciative of the time they spent without having a signed contract from me. They actually went ahead and got the permit issued trusting that I would sign the contract. I am very happy with the end product. The actual build is very fast as the walls and trusses are pre-built to your specifications at their facility in Illinois. The actual construction took one day although they did come back the next day to put on the roofing shingles. The quality of the work is excellent. We did have some issues with the concrete contractor which they subcontract. While I believe the quality of the work is good the contractor damaged our driveway and left trash in our yard. The subcontractor wouldn't take responsibility for the damage but I was able to work with Rick and Jeremy to make things right and get the driveway repaired. I know Coach House was not happy with the contractor on this job and they may be using a different contractor now. Overall I think this is a great company if you need a garage and they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

My rep. was prompt on my inquiry I had made by email to the company. Randy was professional and walked me through the process all the way. He communicated very well through the phone and updated me before things would take place (demolition of old garage, concrete, surveying of my property lines, getting the permits etc.). He was very thorough and even though I had never done this kind of thing before (insurance claim) he was right there for me to talk to if I had any concerns and encouraged me to call him day or night if I had questions. The process went very smooth and the building went very fast, but the quality of the materials used is what sold me on this company. I would very much recommend this company if you want a sturdy and well built garage. If it happens that I should need another garage or building of some sort in the future, I would not hestiate to call them up and have them do the job. They use very good quality materials for their garages. Excellent overall! High recommended.

We were so impressed with Coach House! Rich and Rick really made it a point to highlight the quality of the workmanship and listened to all of our requests when designing the garage. Because we live in a historic district, we had to submit plans to the city for review. Coach House did their homework, talked with the historic preservation officials beforehand and had everything squared away. We were so happy to have Rick and Rich there to guide us through that process. We ran into a snag when it turned out a gas line ran underneath where we were planning on building the garage. Rich kept in contact with us and negotiated with the utility to dig move the line free of charge! He was there through the whole trying process. The garage went up in just a day, and the siding came the next day. We were very impressed with the contractor Coach House uses for their cement work, and we've had him do some other work for us. Despite being such a large company, we really felt as if we were Rich's only clients during the process. The garage came out better than we expected, and it's clearly quality work. Coach House was not the lowest quote we received, but we feel confident we got a good deal for the personal attention and expertise they provided. We'd highly recommend Coach House to anyone looking to build a garage!

With decent knowledge of home construction, I have contracted out a 2200 sq ft addition on my home and also contracted out tearing off and re-building my entire kitchen/laundry room. I am no stranger to the headaches of dealing with subcontractors. When I decided to build a detached garage this year, I considered being the "contractor" again and subbing it all out, but thought I would at least get a quote from a garage company. When I met with Rick Otto & Rich Bruno, in the very first meeting, they brought up so many points I would not have considered. Their quote was completely itemized with a price out to the side for every item, which made it very quick & easy for me to know what I was eliminating, changing, or upgrading. When they left, after the first meeting, I REALLY wanted to let them build the garage for me. And I am very glad I did. I felt like I was their only customer through the entire process. I had access to both of them at any time I needed, and even though I made MANY changes, they never sighed at me or rolled their eyes or made me feel bad. They are awesome working with City of Westfield, and the inspector told my husband & I that he has never had a problem with one of their garages & they do good work. After the garage slab was poured, they take final measurements to tweak any little necessary thing, and then begin construction in their warehouse in Illinois. Rick sent me several pictures via cell phone as it was being built, which was quite fun to receive. It took about 1 1/2 weeks from the time the slab was poured to the time it was delivered and assembled, and it only took them 1 1/2 days to assemble it. They showed up both mornings before daylight! It sure beats weeks of having workers line their cars in your driveway. I had to deal with the cement people for a few days, and then had maybe 10 days of silence, and then in 1 1/2 days the garage was completed. And it is gorgeous! And when it was completed I realized the two cupolas I had on the roof were too close together for my liking, so without saying a thing, or charging me extra money, they jumped up on the roof, pulled them apart until I was happy, and reinstalled them. These garages honestly are top of the line. They are definitely more expensive, but well-worth it. They use the best lumber available and since they are built in a warehouse, basically have to be completely square because of a machine they use to build the wall panels, etc...I typically can atleast find one thing to complain about or one thing I would change, but in this case, I can't find anything to complain about. Top notch service, super nice salespeople, awesome, clean cut, respectful workers on-site, and an awesome product.

The planning went well and the garage was built to my specifics as needed. I was well satisfied and what was promised was delivered upon. The only exception was I was less than satisfied in the finished result on the concrete work.

It was very good, we very were happy. We were exceptionally happy with the salesman that came and also with the quality of the work. We were suprised at how quickly the work was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were excellent. They were in and out as they promised and cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were very reasonable and they came in right at what their quote was. They were just awesome!

This summer with a change in project managers, Rick Otto took charge of the issues to be corrected and made sure we were satisfied with the end result. We had to empty our garage in order to have a new floor poured. Mr. Otto took care of the storage for all of our items and this is a larger garage. He followed up on each step. We've allowed some time to pass to be sure that everything we addressed was indeed completed to our satisfaction and we beleive now that we have the garage that we wanted and paid for. We appreciate all the time and effort Mr. Otto took in getting us the satisfaction we desired on this garage. We are happy to pass a good word along on the final result of this garage project.

It went well. They were on time. They completed the job in a timely manner. They were professional and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Mike was punctual and helpful. Estimate was received quickly. We didn't use this builder because we opted to go with an addition that was residential in design instead of garage in design (our original plans were for a garage addition).

I looooooooooooove this company. Mike was awesome. I never even thought about this project after I cut the first check. Mike answered every phone call within minutes. I love my new garage. My husband didn't even want to build it, but now he calls it his garage. The overhang with a patio is wonderful. Everyone, including other contractors say they want one just like it.

They were very professional, quick, and poured the concrete perfectly. A couple of weeks later they came back to install the pre-built walls from their factory. The finished assembly the garage in one day. My husband had a concern which they addressed immediately. They provided shingles and match the color of our house. They provided a time frame which was acceptable and stayed within (considering weather conditions) and called ahead to confirm. Each crew was excellent. We were very happy.

The garage went up in one day, they were really fast and the material they used were good material. I would use them again in a heart beat. They were professional.

We met with Steve Schrock in the Spring to discuss our plans. We were very pleased with Steve's attention and suggestions to our comments and desires. We planned to build the garage in Fall of the year. We found Coach House through Angie's List and also met with other companies to discuss our garage plans. Steve Schrock represented himself and the company to a very high standard and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I might add that Steve's outfit was based in Kokomo and his crew always arrived when they said they would and performed in a very professional manner.

It was fantastic! I have called multiple builders who either failed to provide a written estimate or were way too expensive. Mike arrived on time, measured, and brought back a written estimate the next day. They worked with me to match the house siding and trim, and even did custom coil trim work to make the garage match the house. Mike kept us updated on timing, helped us work with the concrete contractor to create a real driveway, and made this process enjoyable. I can't say enough how pleasant, reliable and professional this group is. After years of trying to get this garage built, it is wonderful to put my car in a garage I'm not worried about falling down on my vehicle. I whole heartedly recommend Coach House!

Once again this company has come through with amazing service and support of their products. They came out and fixed my door with no charge or hassle because it was still under warranty. I wish these guys could build my car and house as well.

From start to finish I was pleased with the performance of Coach House garages. Our rep, Steve Schrock, was wonderful. He managed the project from start to finish and was able to flawless integrate any change or adjustment we made. We are constantly amazed at the perfection of the garage. Coach house pre-builds the USB walls with studs in their shop and delivers them to the site for attachment to the block foundation and assembly completion. This made our job of flooring the attic a piece of cake as everything was perfectly square! It also ensures that the siding sits perfectly without ripple. We couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. Their work and materials also come with extensive warranties and guarantees. The garage is actually now a show piece. It has been a constant parade of neighbors and contractors (for other projects)through the garage since it was built. All have taken the company name and contact information with them. A great experience!
