WRIGHT SIGNATURE HOMES LTD

My husband and I hired Wright Signature Homes, and the owner, Bob Gunn, did a great job. The project was largely on time thanks for his excellent project management, despite several unexpected "surprises" when we opened up the walls of our very old home. Bob was very reasonable throughout the project, understanding our need to keep costs down and working with us to find good solutions to the various issues that arose. Bob also pushed back on his subs on our behalf when they made a mistake as is inevitable for a project of this size. Bob was extremely responsive, professional, honest, and personable. There was one time that I tracked mud into the house by accident after we'd moved back in, and he actually swept it up before I got to it. He even bought a couple of small rugs for our entryways to keep his guys from tracking mud throughout the house. He thought of everything and was extraordinarily contentious about minimizing stress and inconvenience for the homeowners. The finished project looks and feels wonderful--we're just so happy with our house, which Bob made truly our home. And, best of all, everything is really finished. We had spoken to numerous people before beginning construction, and almost everyone had a story about how their project got to 95-98% or so done, and then the contractor just moved on. Not Wright Signature Homes, Bob got the whole punch list done and continued to be responsive to any additional issues that popped up as the addition/reno "seasons" over the winter.
