Description of Work: They re installed a 4 ft x 6 ft mirror in a bath room wall that had slipped and was pulling away. The mirror detached from the wall and was being held only by the vanity counter tops back edge. They could not promise that the mirror would not break during the process of releasing it or reinstallation, but they were successful. They fit me into their schedule same day and understood I had a very dangerous situation. The mirror wall is still standing strong.

Description of Work: We ordered basement and garage windows. They came out promptly and measured. It did take several weeks to get the windows here, but they set up time to come complete the work 2 weeks ago and were here as promised. The workers were right on time and completed the work in a few hours and cleaned up before they left. |I would recommend them The product looks great.

Description of Work: We contacted Tim's to replace 2 broken panes of glass (both had tiny holes in the corner) and reglaze our large picture window in the living room. Apparently there was miscommunication because we got a quote to replace the two broken panes and replace the glass in the picture window. When we explained we only needed the picture window reglazed we were told they dont do that. Its my understanding that if you replace a pane of glass you must glaze the window so I am not sure why we were told they don't do that? We will continue to look for someone who can do the reglazing. We haven't made a decision about the pane replacement yet. We felt the quote was a little high from Tim's.

 + -1 moreExcellent! Tim answered the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. He asked me the approximate dimensions of the mirror and brought a mirror with him so that he could complete the work immediately. He and his partner completed the work in about an hour. The cabinet looks good as new and the area they were working in is so clean, you'd never know they were here. I don't know if their cost is competitive because I didn't get any other quotes. I just wanted the cabinet fixed!

The variety we chose was not kept in stock, but Tim got it in within a week or so. They were very easy to work with, and very friendly.
