Estimator came when promised, thoroughly evaluated the current system and made specific recommendations for changes. I learned a lot from his explanations. Written estimate was extremely specific about exactly what they were going to do (including the color of the materials) and how much it would cost. Crew was very proficient, took excellent care of the property around the work area. I think their work was a major improvement that corrected many problems. Manager was on site to check on work progress and came back afterwards to inspect work and make some final adjustments.

They said that nothing had to be done on the roof at this time and to call in about 2 years.

They were real good. I am completely happy with their work and the fantastic job that they did. We really like the gutter guards. They did the job and the sales man was real good about explaining everything to us.

The project itself was small and went fine. There were some communication problems with the company they said were due to them relocating.

They couldn t have been better. In fact, we thought they were fabulous. The windows look great and they were put in the correct way. We also had them do our gutters and they are fine too. I haven t had to call them back for anything since the job was done.

They were very good about getting an estimate to us. They told us exactly what they were going to do. They did great work and I would use them again. Everyone that came out was very professional and were just excellent in every way shape and form. They also had a very fair price.

They said that we needed our sewers cleaned out and they were right. They were honest, they didn't try to get money out of us by fixing something that didn't need fixed.

There was a little confusion with the initial scheduling of the estimate but Chris was able to accommodate our schedule & still make it on time. He explained to us different ways of taking care of our gutter problems with prices. After we decided to go with the company, it took a while before they were available to get out to out neighborhood and do the job (about 2 weeks or so which was explained when we got the quote). Everything went very smoothly and Chris came out to check up on the status amid the work day. Although not related to gutters, he managed to do some small carpentry work for free which was very nice. After the completion of work, they cleaned up around the house. Frankly, clean up could've been better but I figured they worked very hard on a very hot day & deserved a little break. Overall, the new gutters & downspouts are working perfectly & they even look wonderful.

Great experience. We had some trouble with ordering the shutters (didn't come in, then were the wrong color) but they kept in good touch with me throughout. The house looks beautiful and you absolutely could not tell they were there on either day that they came. In fact, the day they came to install the correct color shutters, we didn't even know they had come until I happened to be outside that evening and noticed they were in!

Chris came out to my home and executed a detailed analysis of the condition of our gutters. He was very conscientious and passionate as he was describing what his company would do to improve the look and functionality of our gutter/drainage system. The work was done by workers that were very polite, clean and detail conscious. While I was inspecting the progress of the job, Chris stopped by job the site to review the progress of his crew and he took me on a tour pointing out the work performed and the care his workers took to insure the success of our new gutter system. He asked me severals times if I was happy and if all my needs were addressed before the job was completed. When the job was completed, the workers made sure to clean up properly and Chris stopped by the house for a final inspection and also called me to insure his company met and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely impressed with this company and will have them work on my roof next spring.

Very, very well. I asked for an estimate, as I was getting some water damage. Chris came out and offered some advise, and we discussed siding the back. My concern was that the new vinyl siding wouldn't match - they reassured me that it would. They applied the new siding beautifully.

We selected Swistun because of the fine job they did on our gutters in the previous year. Once we accepted the bid, Chris (our representative) stayed in close contact with us on scheduling and the work began when promised. Our project became more complex. We knew that this was a potential with the condition of our older home. When the old shingles were removed it was apparent that new decking would need to be supplied over much of the roof. We also needed new siding on our dormers. Though the project cost more than we had initially hoped - we are confident that the job was done right because of the attention to detail. The crew was courteous, responsive, and neat. Chris was responsive when I called with questions even returning my calls quickly on evenings and weekends! He made sure that we were 100% satisfied when the job was complete. The roof is beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking a quality job and excellent service.

Would never use again-- they were dishonest.

It went very well. Swistun is not the cheapest, but they do what they state they will do, and are attentive to detail.

Fairly smoothly. The project was estimated to be done in 2 days and it was, but the window that was sent to my house was the wrong size. So, on day one the old patio door was replaced and when the new window came in (about 1 week later) the window was replaced. I had a gazebo right off the patio door that is bolted down on our deck and I thought they would make us remove it for the work to be done, but they worked around it. It was difficult to find someone to take on the job because no one wanted to fix the problem, just cover it up. Chris was one of the few who would actually fix the leak.

Casey Swistun, who is the head of the company initially came out to examine and give an estimate for the work. Casey also inspected the attics above the house to look for any openings that could permit water. When Casey initially came to inspect the house, he spent an hour examining the attics and outside gutter system. He was very thorough and extremely professional. He spent a lot of time listening to my questions and examining any concerns I had about the roof. After his inspection, he gave me an estimate of the price for the work that needed to be accomplished. Within four weeks, he sent his crew out to work on the above issues. Swistun's crew was indeed professional. They quickly went to work on resealing the windows and reinforcing the gutters. We won't know if the work was successful until there is a heavy rain and strong wind. However, everything has been great so far. We would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend Swistun, Inc.

Excellent. We bought a 30-year old home, and over the course of the last year, I've hired a lot of home repair services. This was the best service I've received, period. In fact, I would say this was the best service I've received from any service provider, ever. I know. Sounds crazy, but it's true. Casey was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I wanted to re-route some of the gutters, and he helped me figure out, what I should do. The two installers were courteous, professional, and skilled. They ran out of materials just before finishing the job, but they promised they'd have it done in the next few days, and they followed through. Casey was excellent on the follow-up to make sure, I was satisfied with the work.

Chris Ryba was great to work with. He is professional and attentive and returns calls very promptly. The gutter replacement was done very efficiently and the crew cleaned up everything. We are very happy with the quality of work and how easy it was to work with everyone at Swistun. We highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Excellent telephone contact and either immediate answer to question on first call or very prompt response the same day. Excellent personal review of what needed to be done and of the estimate. Careful placement of materials before job began. Excellent tidiness at end of job. Roofing completed in one day. Detail work completed on a second day. And then minor work on two spots completed a week later.

Chris came over during a rain shower and reconnected old downspout until the new one could be ordered and installed. Chris provided excellent service. The gutters were sealed and the leaks and overflow have stopped.

Chris was very nice and provide a detailed quote for the work that needed to be done. The removal and installation of the gutters was done to specification. However, we did not receive a follow up visit to review the job.

They were excellent. Chris understood my concerns about the siding they were going to replace, and the work was done beautifully. He supervised the crew and made sure they knew what to do. I only wish I had known about them earlier before the horrible siding done by someone else.
