They were very nice. They are a little pricey, but they were very knowledgeable and knew what they're doing.

The work was performed exactly as promised. The entire experience could not have been better.

I called to arrange an estimate on replacing our gutters. The serviceperson who came was very polite, and did call to tell us he'd be late. When he began giving his estimate, he kept talking about additional features, which we didn't want. He said they could be removed but that he would install them anyway. After three times of telling him I didn't want the feature, I ended the appointment and asked him to leave.

From the set-up of the quote to the end product everything went very well. Good communication and good response time.

They are very patient, and they are careful and examine the roof very closely. They are thorough and took a lot of pictures of the roof to see what the issue was. The workers are very knowledgeable.

Very punctual, on time, the price was as quoted. Quality was very good. Pretty much communicated the entire job. They provided a detailed quote for the job.

Quoted us a price that was reasonable for some gutter repair work and re-locating a downspout line from our roof. they sealed up a gutter that is constructed within our porch roof rather than telling us we needed a whole new gutter. This was the second time they came out to do gutter work after we originally hired them a couple of years back to install their leaf guard system which works beautifully. Plus, this time they did some extra work without additional cost to lay a ice melting wire correctly over the leaf guards.

They were very friendly. Came and gave estimate and recommendation. Completed work quickly. Problem with water coming off roof is solved.

They were very professional and very timely in dealing with everything. They hand you a check for 5% of the total price of the job, and if it is not done right the first time you get to keep the check. I thought that was pretty cool.

They did a fabulous job. They were prompt and on time when they came for the quote, as well as went they arrived for the installation. We are very happy with the job, and it was neatly installed. There were no problems what so ever. They might be a little on the pricey side.

The job was completed in 2 days and looks really amazing. I am so happy to know that I can relax the next time we have a heavy rainfall knowing that my basement is dry.

Great service and attention to detail from start to finish. More expensive than other estimates we received, but Swistun's estimate was also more thorough and there were no "surprises" that cropped up later. Absolutely worth it! I highly recommend Swistun.

One of the best decisions we've made for our home. We decided to get an additional quote for our gutter project just for peace of mind and for comparison sake and it was a good thing we did. Chris came out to talk to us, get measurements, and go over options. He presented several options we hadn't considered before or had not been informed about by the other vendors. We wanted the quote to be lined itemed so we could see the cost difference between a repair job and a full installation option and when the quote came in, the next day, we nearly fell off our chairs. The full installation option was cheaper than the repair costs we had been given by the other companies. We were also given options that addressed for concerns about ice damning and down spout clogging that had never been brought up by the other vendors. The crew arrived within 2 weeks. They were friendly, prompt, patient to answering all our questions as they worked and kept their workspace very tidy. Chris even stopped by 3 times during the course of the install to ensure things were going well and then performed a follow up after a rain to ensure that there were no leaks and that the water flow was proper. We didn't have to pay until we were 100% happy and, trust me, I paid right away!

Chris was very professional and was on time and very quick on responding to my calls. He answered all my questions and concerns. They replaced an old ggutter on one of the side of my house and replaced downspouts. I needed this to be fix in time for the insurance company and they did. They even sent a receipt to the insurance company describing what they did. Thanks to them I saved my homeowner's insurance.

I'm very pleased. We have an 1880's building in the city with a complicated water problem. We spoke to many people but no one was able to solve the problem until Swistun. We originally met in October of 2011. They weren't available until spring of 2012 and they were not the cheapest but we decided to wait until they were available and it was well worth it.

Extremely well. Original work was excellent and followup service a few years later was awesome. Swistun responded promptly on assisting us in repairing the damage, they matched the siding and worked clean and very professional. Followup on satisfaction of work completed was excellent.

They were very good. Casey Swistun, the owner, came out and gave a very thorough inspection both inside and out. He spent a lot of time looking and came back out when it was raining to be sure it was where he thought it was. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did all the work in the time they said they would do it. It was excellent service all the way around. They were a little pricey but they got the work done right the first time and if not, they would come back and fix it. I plan to use them again if I ever have a roofing problem.

We chose not to go with them, but they did offer us the lowest bid.

They were great. They gutter itself was high quailty and the work they did was clean, and quick. I thought they were really good and I would call them again in the future if I needed to.
