Replacing challenging roofs and FIXING STUBBORN COMPLEX LEAKS -- is our passion! More info at www.swistun.com (flat TPO roofs, shingle, cedar, composite, slate, copper or tile roofs). All projects are managed by the owner from beginning to the end including his extensive personal supervision. Our labor force consists of hands-on managed subcontractors (or often subcontractor’s selected crew members). Requested estimates may carry an up-front charge, some may be offered for free. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Description of Work: Casey came promptly to our home a short time after I called the company. He thoroughly inspected our roof which took him about two hours. He found problems with our roof that know one else found. He showed us pictures so we could see the deterioration.Our roof was replaced along with gutters. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I don't recall the date of service, or the approximate cost. What I do recall was that from the beginning of the transaction through its completion, the people we dealt with from Swistun were THE most professional and responsive contractors I've ever known. They were excellent, in price, professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness, reliability and in any other respect I could be asked about.

Description of Work: We were very interested in having Swistun provide us with an estimate for re-siding our home. When we called to schedule a walk-through at our house we didn't receive a call back for several days and when they called back we were told that the soonest they could come out was 1.5 months later.

Description of Work: Our gutters were past warranty, the man who installed our roof checked the gutters and said all of them were ok except for one place. So I called Swistun and they said there was nothing wrong, that the openings were all the same. They did not charge me at all and did it as a gracious act.

Description of Work: Chris came out for an estimate. I wasn't able to make it, but my wife said he was very thorough and professional. He identified a problem with our home that we weren't aware of. In addition, non of the three other companies we got estimates from had noticed! His team was quick, did an excellent job and cleaned up well. Then Chris came by 5 days later to make sure it was all done right. We had an aesthetic change that he did himself, on the spot. Very professional.
