Very quick, and reasonable. It was a small job, but he took care of it quickly and cleanly.

The work was average at best, took a little longer to complete since his associate could not find house, put extra holes in wall that needed to be repaired after he left. The cable is still not working in 1 room, may have disconnected while working. Asked for a breakdown on the bill, but never received the breakdown; just 1 lump sum.

Paul was available when he indicated he would be, did the work he said he'd do. He offered a few options for the placement of outlets and did the placement I wanted, even though it was more work for him. He worked with his son. Both were courteous and professional. I had been told by another electrician that the work would involve much more time, cost, and ripping apart of walls. Paul and son did the work very efficiently and well. The overall cost ended up being higher than what Paul indicated it would be on the phone, but it was still considerably lower than the other on-site estimate I was given.

A very good experience. I left a couple of messages, and when Paul was able to get back to me, he scheduled me in that very day. Tom did the actual work. He arrived on time - a little early even - and was very nice, patient with all of my questions, and very accommodating. I think they fit me into their very busy schedule, and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

I was thrilled with the great service Paul Sutter provided. He showed up with two apprentices and did a great job of troubleshooting and repairing the entire day. You can tell Paul really knows what he is doing, as he is not only fixing things, he is teaching his guys the whole time. He did a great job of meeting my expectations where other electricians had disappointed. I would use use Sureline again in a heartbeat for any electrical work.

On time, professional, and even identified that I had some coins in my garbage disposal and that's why it had stopped working (I thought it was because of the bad outlet/switches). He shut off the power and I was able to reach in and remove the coins - so I got both my outlet and my garbage disposal fixed!

This is the second time I had Paul do electrical work for me. I can recommend him and his company, Sureline Electric, without reservations to anyone needing electrical work performed. They arrive on time, are polite and courteous, and are a good value for the work performed.

Called Paul, he was very friendly, and he said he would be available to stop by my house the following day and that I should call him when I got home. I said I would call at 4 PM. At 4 PM the next day, he did not answer his phone and did not return my voice mail I left him. I don't like tracking down people who say they are available so I am moving on to another electrician on Angie's list. Cannot comment on job since no work was done.

Outstanding. Paul returned all calls promptly and scheduled the visit so I didn't have to take off of work. He answered questions as he worked, and explained what he found and was doing to correct it right away. Overall, a fantastic job at a fantastic price!

They were good about getting back to me. There was a little mix-up with the date. It is a rental, and my tenant needed to change the day and time. On the day I thought they were supposed to be there they weren't. They called to tell me that I had said another day. I said "OK" I may have. At that point, he kept going over and over how I had said another day. He would not let it go! I considered canceling, but was in a time crunch. On the day he was supposed to come, he called and said he was running late-an hour and 15 minutes. Which turned out to be fine. He did not call me with the price (I was not there), even though I told him to. I had to call him, and he gave me an estimate. He did do the work, and it turned out fine.

Paul was excellent - very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Quickly identified and explained the problems. Was methodical in his work, and the price was extremely reasonable!

Paul is excellent. Had a few experiences with some electricians in the area and he was better than the others. I will have to consult with him about a new upgrade to my box and installing ceiling fans soon. Will definitely go back.

OF THE 3 TIMES I CALLED, PAUL WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, AND WENT OUT AT SHORT NOTICE TO FIX THE BATHROOM VENT FAN.

PAUL WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONA. HE REPLACED MY CIRCUIT PANEL WHICH WAS OVER 40 YEARS OLD WITH A NEW ONE. HE ADDED THREE NEW CIRCUITS AND HAD SOME GOOD IDEAS FOR MY STEREO OUTLET. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

PAUL WAS GREAT, THIS WAS A LARGE JOB AND HE STAYED UNTIL THEY WERE FINISHED (WAY PAST 6 PM). THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

DESPITE A RECENT BACK INJURY, PAUL MADE TIME TO HELP US DURING A REMODELING PROJECT, AND OUR TIMELINE WAS VERY LIMITED. HE MOVED A FEW OUTLETS AND INSTALLED A NEW CEILING LIGHT FOR OUR CLOSET. HE ALSO MOVED THE LOCATION OF THE CEILING FAN AND LIGHT IN THE BEDROOM, AND INSTALLED A NEW ONE. HE HAS SUCH GREAT PRICES AND IS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOUR SCHEDULE.

PAUL CALLED ME BACK THE DAY THAT I CALLED HIM AND HE CAME THE NEXT DAY AS PLANNED. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS ABLE TO REPAIR A FAN THAT ANOTHER PERSON HAD TAKEN APART. HE IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AT TROUBLE SHOOTING ELECTRICAL ISSUES. HE WORKS FAST AND HE IS VERY REASONABLE, AS COMPARED TO OTHER ELECTRICIANS THAT I HAVE HIRED IN THE PAST. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL ON HIM AGAIN FOR ELECTRICAL REPAIRS.

THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR, THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED. EVERYTHING WAS ACCORDING TO PLAN.

VERY WELL PRICED AND DID WORK IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED ANY ELECTRICAL WORK.

PAUL WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE, AND TRIED TO HELP ME RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF. WHEN I COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM HE AGREED TO COME OUT ON SUNDAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, WHICH HE DID AT VERY REASONABLE COST.

SHE RESPONDED THAT EVERYONE HAS AN EMERGENCY AND THAT I JUST DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE TRADES OPERATE. I LEFT MY TELEPHONE NUMBER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. I EVENTUALLY USED THE SERVICES OF A HANDYMAN AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH SERVICE QUALITY AND PRICE.

PAUL CALLED BEFORE COMING, ARRIVED ON TIME, QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM, THEN VERIFIED THAT IT WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. GREAT SERVICE!

TRY PAUL EVEN IF EVERYONE ELSE SAYS IT CAN'T BE DONE. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MAY JUST FIND A WAY.
