Working with David and his crew has been an absolutely pleasure! Their work was done in a timely manner and they were very clean, communicative and easy to work with. I couldnâ t be happier with our renovated bathroom and I absolutely will hire them for any future projects!

David and his team were great! Our kitchen needed lots of work and they came highly recommended through someone else that previous used them. What I liked most was the communication and the detail of the work done. I could not be happier and have had everyone comment on how amazing our new kitchen looks. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They executed my design/vision very well and Iâ m very pleased with how my bathrooms turned out. Overall, the team is pleasant to work with and theyâ ve done nice work.

We hired Stefan Construction to finish our basement. The project took about 10 weeks. David did a fantastic job communicating the project plan and kept me apprised of the status throughout. He was responsive to questions and punch list items and had an attention to detail. Overall a great experience.

We hired David to remodel our basement late last year. There was a late start initially, however the crew picked it up and did an amazing job with our basement. David clearly understood our key requirements and built the plan to accommodate the asks. He was flexible and most importantly available at all hours when we were out for selections. He recommended best options for floor tiles, cabinets and all accessories. We are extremely happy with the output and the great work Davidâ s crew did with our basement. We strongly recommend them.

We hired Stefan Construction for a bathroom remodel in May '21. David was very professional and easy to work with. We didn't have to chase him down for a quote. They were able to work on our project earlier than anticipated and finished ahead of schedule as well. The crew was super nice to work with as well and helped us with design choices along the way. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again for more future projects.

Great job on finishing the basement. Completed the project with no hassles, flooring, drywall, paint, half bath, office space, all completed with no issue and looks better than anticipated. Quality materials used from window casing, baseboards, paint, etc. All the guys were great, non-intrusive and barely saw them during the process so it was nice while I was working from home for the whole thing. Would also highly recommend for the price and the results. Very reasonable.

Stefan Construction Team did an outstanding job on my basement. It looks like a million bucks. I will be calling these guys on further projects I highly recommend. We did our homework and you will not find better and we were 100% satisfied and beyond.

David was pleasant to work with. we had a few delays due to material not arriving in time but all was good! Bathroom is exactly what I wanted.

We hired Stefan Construction to do our basement in Feb 2021. From the first visit to take measurements & quote to the completion of our basement, David and crew were thorough and we are 100% satisfied with the work. David gave us a 3 page contract specifically outlining all the work that would be done and regularly went over it during the course of the project. We were always given the plans for each day/week and where they were at with the project. David was consultative in the choices we had to make with respect to layout/design and gave us recommendations for flooring, cabinets, etc. etc. to choose from. Payments were spelled out in the contract, but basically it was 4 installments with each payable when a specific point in the remodel was reached...with the last payment due the day they finished and walked through the entire project with us. I HIGHLY recommend using Stefan Contruction!

I hire them. We worked with David and his crew on a huge kitchen and main living space remodel. We knocked down and added walls, changed the flow of rooms, added a custom mudroom, resurfaced a fireplace in addition to a huge kitchen transformation that included a 10-foot island. From our first encounter to our last, we were impressed with the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine interest in our ideas exceeded our expectations. They were truly honest and good people who take pride in their work. We will hire them again for our next project without hesitation. Our new kitchen is absolutely amazing, and we are so thankful to have worked with Stefan Construction.

David and his team did an amazing job for our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and living room. David communicated to me what the plans were for the each day and each week. David made sure that everyday he would have someone at the house working on something. My suggestion is to have all the materials ready ASAP that will expedite up the process. I did not have the materials ready but they were using their time wisely and worked on other places that needed to be done. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Stefan and his team to have any work done. From bathroom remodeling to small project such as garage walls and floor painting, theyâ ll do it all! Just got to book them early because theyâ re very busy and thereâ s a good reason for that!

Hired for a build of a bar in our basement. Such wonderful guys to work with! We had great communication before and during the process. Great attention to details and commitment to quality work. The last thing we wanted was to hire someone who would come in and slap everything together carelessly and we definitely hired the right guys. Bar looks great! Would hire again for other projects!
