Excellent service. worked with me to find something I would like. Once we found an item, worked with me on sizing. Indicated, post taking it home, if I didn't like how the ring was sized, to come back and they would re-size it for free, overall really excellent.

Things went fine with them. We are waiting for the finger to go back to normal and then we will have it resized. It was a clean cut. They used a tool to cut it. They said it's very common and can bring the ring back afterwards. They can add more gold to it and extend the size. It took 5 minutes to cut it off. They were very friendly. It could have been an embarrassing situation, but they were very professional. They were very courteous. They explained to us that we don't have to replace the ring and it could be resized. We are going to go back to them to resize the ring and get something else done for me.

Found Persin and Robbin jewelers from Angie's List and they were close to my home. I went to their store to get an estimate to have a 3/4 carrot diamond reattached to ring as well as polish and clean the ring. The staff were very friendly and professional. They gave me a quote of $160 and two weeks to complete (I was slightly dissapointed in the length of time but proceeded with the job order anyway). They also informed me the jewler may have to attach a new setting if they could not simply bend the prong back into place( for additional cost). I was pleasantly suprised to get a call one week early that the ring was ready for pickup. The ring looked GREAT! My wife loved it and no additional cost was required. I will definately use Persin and Robbin Jewelers again for cleaning or repair services.

I've been seeing them for years now. They are alway great and I would recommend them.

I went to inquire about getting a watch repaired. There were only two other customers in the store, and they were being waited on. When one of the customers left, the sales person went over to talk to the other sales person and evidently a well known customer. In addition a jeweler came out from the back room and joined the group. They were carrying on a casual conversation. All during this time (approximately 20 minutes), no one approached me or inquired if I needed help. I felt invisible! I decided it was time to leave as my business was not important to them. I have found another jeweler who does want my business.

One of the small diamonds in my wedding band had fallen out. Persin and Robbins was able to replace the diamond and I can't even tell which one was replaced. My ring is as good as new.

They were very friendly, very prompt. They delivered as promised.

Everything went well. They are very professional and they are very knowledgeable about their job.
