Paul, from Par Craft did an absolutely disrespectful job of respecting our property during a new construction build. During the course of the build, landscapers trespassed on our property and cut limbs off our trees, they chopped bushes on our land, flooded our property while pumping, put their construction fencing on our property by over 15ft, damaged our land by moving heavy machinery on it as well as other things. The absolutely shocking experience, as we built our house as well, Paul did not respond to our emails about these issues. He responded initially with an "I'm sorry" at first, but after the initial interaction, things continued to happened and he stopped responding. Currently we have requested the construction fencing being moved onto their property (as it currently sits over the lot line) so we can put up a fence for our home. Paul has not returned any calls, has not responded via email despite having two weeks advance notice. We had to get the village involved at which point they set an email requesting they comply. We were on the email. Paul responded to the village apparently but dropped us off so we have no idea. With two weeks advance notice, they are only now investigating moving the fence with our project beginning tomorrow. We contacted the fence company directly only to find they only recently within the day had received anything from the GC and informed me they will not have anyone out as they are currently "busy." My personal GC during my build was not great so I have dealt with more than my share of bad GCs. The fact that Paul is so disrespectful and unapologetic to those he is working near is awful. There has been no restitution for the trees cut, the land dug up, the fence on our land. Paul asked to have food delivered once...in the beginning....3 months ago. It's apparent that's Paul's professionalism is sincerely lacking. If you want to hire Par Craft, I would seriously consider the potential long-lasting damage he can do to the relationship with your neighbors by disrespecting and ignoring the fact that there are people living next door to your "project."

We absolutely would not recommend PAR Craft to do work for us again. The real problems began when the estimated 10-12 week project began in February. The new GC hired had very little organization skills and week by week he fell behind schedule. We became the quality inspectors needing to followup after every sub contractor left our house. There were problems such as getting the length/width dimensions of the house incorrect, the pattern on the bathroom tile floor (a checkered pattern) was laid wrong twice, the master shower leaked, the gas line to the dryer leaked, no code water sprinkler was installed, and the list goes on and on. On one occasion the subs left our back door wide open while we were we were gone all weekend. On two occasions they tried to bill us for work not discussed or approved. The project took 10 months to complete in all. Take it from us, you do not want to go through the pain of hiring this company as it will be up to you to make sure you are satisfied.
