Within the past 6-8 months we have noticed the laminate starting to peel away from the edges of the planks and it has progressively gotten worse. The product claims to have a 25 year warranty, so I contacted the number at Lumber Liquidators for the warranty claims. I was instructed to file a claim and submit pictures. Lumber Liquidators denied our claim, saying that the and quot;scratchesand quot; or and quot;indentationsand quot; were due to use and because the planks did not display this issue when they came out of the box, then it is not covered by the warranty. What is the point of providing a 25 year warranty if the warranty is void once you take the product out of the package? We then filed a claim with the BBB, which they denied, but offered us a and quot;good faith gestureand quot; of $250, which would not even come close to covering a small portion of what it will take to replace our flooring. We refused their offer, reminding them that these are not scratches or indentations, and if they were, why were they not located throughout the entire plank, but instead only around the edges? They again denied us, claiming that the problem was now due to improper handling or improper use of tapping blocks and related installation tools. If the problem was due to our installation, why did it not appear until 4 years after installation? So which is it? Is the problem due to our use or because we installed it incorrectly? It seems to me that Lumber Liquidators is just looking for a way to get out of upholding their warranty. Initially we asked for a store credit so that we could just replace the flooring with a different product, but they wouldn't even offer that. Now I don't even want a store credit from them, as I will never buy another product from them again. Do not use this company. Their products are inexpensive because the quality is terrible.

Their customer service was fabulous. The flooring we got is beautiful. They had the lowest prices. They were very helpful. I received a coupon later on and they had no problem honoring the discount. The only negative is the hardwood was on back order and I kind of had to stay on top of them and keep calling them back to check on it.

They did exceptional work, and I had no problems at all.

I got Brazilian Cherry hardwood that is 5 inches wide and and frac34; inch thick. I purchased 160 square feet so it was about $6 per square foot. One of my friends told me about Lumber Liquidators and it isn't too far from where I live so I went to check it out. I think they were very helpful but of course they try to sell you as much as they can; that's part of their job I guess. You have to know what you want because they'll try to sell you what they have in stock and what they need to get rid of. Of all of the places that I looked at, they had the best price.

I did about 500 sq. ft of flooring in family room and kitchen. Lumber Liquidators subcontracts out the install with their own select group of contractors...(if you wish a profesional and hassle free install!). We went this route to get the job done quickly and painlessly. (The above price of $5000 total, includes the labor for install, about $1900). They came to house, measured, gave me a list of all the supplies I would need, and I paid them(delivery fee) to pick up everthing, deliver to my home for the 5-7 adjustment period before the install. The installers (A-Z flooring) showed up exactly as promised, On installation day, the guys were very patient in allowing me to lay out what boards I wanted where, and which boards I did not want in an obvious place., as there are many variations in the wood I ordered. They did a beautiful job, and completed it in one day. About a week later, I discovered one squeaky board and they came back promptly and replaced it. Their install includes a 1-yr warranty. Bottom line: the whole process from purchase to install was a wonderful experience, and I just love my beautiful wood floors!

Ordered enough Bellawood 3/4" Brazillian Cherry hard wood flooring to cover about 420 sq. ft along with felt paper, underlayment, and transition moldings. Order arrived at the store when promised. Pick up was a breeze, the employee at the store did most of the loading into my van (21 boxes at 84 pounds each). I did the install myself.

Very fast and easy to get the product from Lumber Liquidators. Excellent product, easy to install.
