Description of Work: My husband I are in the final stages of our second floor master bedroom/bathroom addition and renovations to our family room on the first floor under the addition. | |The quality of Keith's work is amazing. We couldn't be happier with his designs and ideas for our home. He maintained communication throughout the project and was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. We would absolutely call him again should we have another large project to do in our house.

Description of Work: They drew up plans and elevations for a finished basement. It went great. They helped us conceptualize what we wanted in the basement. Then they were very receptive to our input and changes.

+ -1 moreWe started by meeting with them as a get to know you exercise. They asked us questions about our lifestyle and what we wanted out of our house. They listened and took a lot of notes. Then after about 4 weeks, we met with them again to see the initial drawing and idea that they had come up with. They showed us 3 different ideas: an attached garage, a detached garage and an environmentally low-impact home. We added some opinions about which design we liked best, then we added opinions about that particular plan. Then over the next few weeks my wife and I emailed Keith pictures of homes we liked. Keith drew up a detailed drawing of the house and then we met again. This time there were smaller adjustments and stylistic input. Shortly after, voila! We had our plans. Keith and Kirsten are both personal and professional. They are thorough and experienced. I would be very comfortable with them doing a rehab of an old home or a brand new construction.
Description of Work: We had Keith and Kirsten draw up a schematic design and plans for a new construction single family home. They sat down with us and helped us identify our needs and wants. They created scaleable plans and provided us with a timetable for the project and a chronology of what to expect. They helped us pick out materials such as exterior brick and siding type and color. They also did an estimated cost analysis and helped us shop the project around to builders.
