+ -1 moreThe principal, José, showed skill in all that I asked him to do. I observed that he is A+ with carpentry, plumbing and painting. He is action oriented, intelligent, trustworthy and able to help with decisions concerning results and methods. Overall, I was very pleased. As with any contract work, make sure you get the agreed-on details in writing, including cleanup.
Description of Work: Helped replace kitchen subflooring. Installed new kitchen floor. Miscellaneous carpentry, plumbing and painting.
