 + -1 moreWe are rather new to the area so I hadn't used any plumbers from around here. I turned on the outdoor spigot and water started coming down the foundation, not out the pipe! This can't be good! Called the furnace company that we use and have been very happy with, they recommended Irsay Plumbing. I called and got Mike, he said that he could come that afternoon, but that didn't work for me. He arrived at about 8:45 am the next day just as stated. Friendly, efficient and cleaned up well. I'm not looking forward to plumbing problems, but at least I now know who to call! Thank you Irsay Plumbing!
Description of Work: The pipe going to my outdoor spigot had split and water was running into the basement (also out an electrical outlet) and outside along the foundation. Mike cut into the basement ceiling and water came pouring out. He said that we were lucky the ceiling hadn't fallen down. When he went to turn off the water main coming into the house he found that one of the valves was broken. He replaced that valve and replaced the cracked sillcock with a frostproof sillcock. Local family run business, very friendly. He was willing to come the day I called, but I couldn't be home so he came the next day. Cleaned up well. We would definitely use Irsay Plumbing again!
