Description of Work: Less than 24 hours after my initial call, Marcello came to my house and fixed my HP 1320 laser printer. Needed a new paper roller. Received a call from the owner the next day to hear how it went. Outstanding service. I should have asked, what the travel charge was, though, and taken it in myself. However, very happy with the experience.
