Great to work with. Flexible to my needs. Worked fast. Had to redo some spots but did without issue. Would use again. Note. Make sure they tape frame the area first.

The crew was on time and completed the job in the promised time frame. There was hardly any dust from the floor sanding to remove the old paint. The floor looked real nice when viewed initially. Once the floor dried and I was able to inspect the floor up close I noticed some imperfections in the final coating. There was an issue with the prep work which left several chips/small “rocks” after the initial coating. They were made aware of this but after the final coating there were still obvious bumps on the floor. There was also one area with paint chips from the old paint that was an eye sore. I marked many of the bumps and sent pictures showing them. The owner came and reviewed the work and they tried to fix it. They attempted to sand down the bumps which scratched the coating and some are still there. The spots they touched up did not match the new color. The owner said “This is not paint. You can FORGET matching.” They came back a second time and re-sanded and re-coated a whole section. It looked better. The owner really wanted to make me happy but after two attempts I chose to just be done with it.

Garage floor epoxy coating was done 5.5 years ago. The job was done really well. And we loved the result. In 4 years, we noticed that in a couple of places the coating chipped. We called the owner and sent him a photo. The chips were repaired really fast. This summer, we noticed couple new spots where the coating went off. We called Louis again and he sent us his crew in a couple of months and in 10 minutes they repaired the coating. We feel confident that the coating will remain in place and will not peel off in the winter. Louis is very responsive and keeps his promises.

I had HPCC apply epoxy flooring in my garage just under 4 years ago. Some of it started peeling. Found out it was a common issue when tires are hot. Regardless, I contacted Louie and he sent out his crew to repair. They were on time and very friendly and took care of it in 10 minutes time. Great service - very satisfied.

AMAZING! I never knew I would be so in love with a floor! The crew is incredibly friendly and neat. We had terrible cracks on our floor and it is now completely flat and smooth. The whole basement now sparkles. I HIGHLY recommend!

HPCC did a great job transforming a 130 year old rough basement floor to a beautiful, durable epoxy finish.

There were two primary issues with the installation process which were not handled to our satisfaction. 1. The contract specified that cracks and damaged areas would be filled and troweled flat with grinding as necessary. There were multiple depressions in the floor which were not filled resulting in visible defects when finished. 2. The final topcoat has a number of bubbles in the finish. The company offered to come and screen and redcoat the floor. Resolving the second issue without taking care of the first was unsatisfactory based on the provisions of the contract. We have submitted the complaint to BBB as well. Had these two issues been corrected to our satisfaction without the need for escalation the review and rating would have reflected reflected the commitment to service we expected.

My husband and I wish we could give HPCC an A+ rating. From the moment I first made contact for a bid, Louie was attentive and communication was excellent. He and his staff were beyond professional and attentive to detail. Louie and his partner Ray came over when a part of the job didn't turn out as expected and they made it right quickly and professionally. Don't waste your time with multiple bids if you want an Epoxy floor done in your home or business establishment. Just go with HPCC. I promise you won't be disappointed. They're wonderful to work with.

We have no problem recommending HPCC. Our garage hadn’t been renovated in over 20 years and we decided to renew it from top to bottom. Earlier this year we had put in a new driveway and replaced the garage doors. The floor in our garage was showing its age after 40+ years of winters, road salt and grime. The floors were to become the centerpiece of this interior renovation. Louie and his company came as a referral from my builder who heard what we contemplating. I had already done a fair bit of research into concrete coating systems when my builder suggested I might want to give Louie a call. He heard what others were trying to selling me. I found doing business with Louie to be easy. His communications were clear, he showed up at appointed times, and helped steer us through the process. The pricing was very much in line with the norms I’d seen published and what my builder told me it should cost. The entire process came off as scheduled and we love our new floor. After we hired Louie and before he began is work we brought our painter in to renew and paint the walls in the garage. This was a good way to do it because we worked from the top down, with the floors being the last step in the project. There are multiple steps and days involved in the process of putting a new floor down. His work crew was professional and communicated clearly. We only wish we had done it sooner!

When I was having trouble deciding Lou assured me that the less expensive option was entirely adequate for my needs. The team was able to do our floor while I was out of town.
