It went very well. We are very happy with the results and very happy with Louie. I was always able to get a hold of him so that I could ask him questions about a couple of concerns that I had regarding some of expansions joints in the garage floor. He was very responsive and he patiently explained the entire process to me. He also called to ask me if we were happy with the results so No Complaints. I would hire them again.

The guys were great. Louie had good communication in scheduling. Ray and team were very professional. Our garage was full of pitting and had a few cracks and the surface turned out very nice.

It was done efficiently, and was truly transformative. The workmen showed me what they were going to do and what they did, phase by phase. Our garage resembles a hospital clean room.

Louie Rossi is so amazing to work with! He came out very quickly to give us a quote and once we decided to go with him he was quick to schedule and punctual. We had some issues with the decals (not done by his company) and he has been unbelievably responsive throughout the process. Many companies or owners would just refer us to the decal company and not care as much but not Louie! He communicates quickly and other members of his team are very reliable as well. We can honestly say we would refer him to anyone we know!

Louie came out to quote the garage floor repairs at my Mother's condo as she wanted to sell her unit and loved the job he had done at my house in 2015. Louie came out the same day as my call to provide the quote. Once the weather gave us a break, Louie gave us a call to see what scheduled worked out for us. HPCC (High Performance Concrete Coating) came out on the scheduled day and repaired the floor with one of their owners supervising. They then came out the next two days to put on the epoxy and the rest of the finish. My brother-in-law can't get over how great the floor looks and now wants to have his garage redone as his service provider did a poor job. I have already given him HPCC's contact information. I would definitely use HPCC again.

Everything was as smooth as could be from start to finish. They were responsive to my initial inquiry and flexible to meet me for the estimate. I was working on a short timeline to get the job completed prior to moving into our new home and they finished the following week. It turned out great and would definitely do it all over again.

Started with Louie Rossi coming out in May 2015 to give me a quote. I ended up holding off as I was having a lot of concrete work done and wanted to have my garage floor done last. My garage floor ended up getting replaced so I had to wait at least 30 days per Louie's recommendation to allow the moisture to escape the concrete. They sent in a two man crew in the first day and they were extremely hard working as the weather had not been cooperating that day. They prepared the floor using a hand grinder, applied the epoxy coating, and then applied the color flake chips in the color I had requested. They then insured the garage door did closed with only a small crack at the bottom so it did not touch the wet surface. They returned the next morning and scrapped the floor to insure all chips that did not stick were removed. They then applied a clear sealer over the top of the floor and broadcasted silica to provide a slip resistant surface. They provided directions for the amount of time required before walking (one day) and driving/parking (4 days) on the floor. The floor is magnificent and I have received many compliments from neighbors and surprisingly other vendor when they walk on the floor and admire the slip resistant surface. I am very happy with the job High Performance Concrete Coating did and I would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and ground the brittle top layer of my concrete garage floor and poured the first of a three layer coating. They were punctual, clean, professional and did a great job. Each layer had to dry overnight so it was a three day process. Overall, the floor looks terrific. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to redo their garage floor. Louie Rossi was very professional, brought samples of different colors and textures, and explained everything as well as addressed all my questions and concerns. Again, a very positive and painless experience.

I am very happy with the work performed on my garage floor. I have a three car garage and I have painted my garage floor myself using latex or a non-commercial grade epoxy coating. Having experienced problems with adhesion of the non-commercial products I decided to call a professional. Louie, (the owner) came to my house and showed me several samples of the product services he provides. His knowledge of his product, surface prep, and competitive pricing convinced me to utilize his services. I must say that I was impressed with his crew that came to complete the work. Robert and Ray were terrific! They showed up on time and immediately got to work. The project took two days and a curing time of another two days before I could park my cars back in the garage. The end result was worth the wait! The floor looks great and I'm happy with the results.

Louie was very helpful when we met to quote the project. He had good knowledge and great suggestions. As this was partially an outdoor project, we had to wait a few weeks to schedule, but the 2 guys showed up on Friday to prep the floors. They did a great job as the garage floor is 35 years old and had a lot of salt damage. By the end of the day, it looked smooth and brand new! They came back the next day and spent another 3 or 4 hours finishing the 2 areas. Good quote, good work, and good clean up!

Set up an appointment within 2-3 days and got the estimate. Got 1 other estimate for same products and rooms and theirs was about $600 cheaper and HPCC seemed to have more options. They worked with me to adjust the color and finish for each room in next 2 days. Floors were done in 2 days as they said and took the time they estimated. Floors look great and like the other photo examples they showed me.

HPCC is the best company I've ever hired for a home improvement project! I've been a homeowner for 20+ years and have hired lots of contractors for remodeling work. This is the only contractor I've hired that has showed up on time, done the work on time as promised and provided a quality product done right the first time. No need for repairs, touch-ups, etc.. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in this type of flooring product. The antique leather finish we chose for our finished basement is gorgeous and is the first thing people notice and complement when they see our new basement.

The project went very smoothly. No issues at all. The team showed up when they said they would and let us know when they would be there the next day as well as what the next step was. The floor looks exactly like the pictures they showed me.

THE MAIN BASEMENT FLOOR WAS FINISHED A WEEK BEFOR THE FURNACE ROOM FLOOR. ITEMS STORED IN ONE AREA HAD TO BE REMOVED AND STORED IN THE OTHER AREA. AFTER THE FURNACE ROOM FLOOR WAS COMPLETED AND COMPLETELY DRIED IT WAS READILY OBVIOUS THAT IS WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE REST OF THE BASEMENT FLOOR. ASIDE FROM THE COLOR THE WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE GARAGE FLOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY PRIMED. DEFECTS IN THE FLOOR WERE TO BE FILLED WITH A COMPOSITE. NOT ALL WERE FILLED AND AREAS WHERE CONCRETE HAD BEEN CHIPPED WAS APPARENT. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND ONE OF THE OWNERS LOUIE CAME RIGHT OUT. I SHOWED HIM MY AREAS OF CONCERN. HE AGREED THAT THEY DROPPED THE BALL. HE ASKED WHAT I FELT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE COMPENSATION. I TOLD HIM. HE COUNTERED A BIT LOWER. I COUNTERED A BIT HIGHER. WE AGREED. A WEEK LATER A CHECK ARRIVED IN THE AGREED TO AMOUNT. EVEN WITH THE ISSUES I WOULD MOST LIKELY USE IN THE FUTURE.

The service took two days. The first day the floor repair was done, along with the first coat of epoxy and flakes. The second day a clear coat and surface roughing were applied. When all was dry and safe to walk on, I got a look at my new garage floor. What can I say?! The floor looks perfect. Cracks and dips are gone. Can't even tell where they were. Musty old concrete odor is gone. All that remains is a durable and beautiful floor in my garage. Suggestions: Make sure to cover any electronics and things you wouldn't want to get dusty. I wasn't home for the floor repair phase, but I suspect some concrete grinding was involved, and that can get VERY dusty. This service does use a device that captures most of the dust, but it can't get everything. Also, the rubber gasket on the bottom of my door got some epoxy on it. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to cover it with plastic.
