First quote received had best price of all the vendors I polled. I requested a revised quote based on my conversations with several roofers but only got a reply that one of the 2 options I had requested was not something they would do. They never did quote the other option. I was very disappointed as they have good reviews and offered a great price. I would love to have seen the final quote.

All Work was beautifully and neatly done on time and on budget. Perry, the owner, was very professional and easy to work with. I called them again early last spring to make sure all of the roof shingles had bonded properly after the long winter. They followed through promptly and addressed my concerns. I was extremely satisfied with their work and do not hesitate to recommend them as a first-class operation.

His price was competitive. Their quality of work was good. I can’t compare them with any other services. I was satisfied with the work they did. I would use them in the future.

I have a 31 year old house and the siding and gutters were orignal. Needless to say, it needed work. I had used Herzing for a flashing repair a few years ago and was pleased with their work. I got the Herzing estimate, along with three others. I decided to use Herzing because their price was lower than the others, and from what I could tell, all were offering me the same quality products. Since I already knew that Herzing was a reliable firm, I had no qualms in choosing them. Perry and his crew were very professional. They showed up every day on time and thorougly cleaned the site each day. The job turned out fantastic. Everything about the job meets or exceeds my expectations. I definitely recommend this company. Herzing Installations is extremely reliable and professional.

They were thorough and professional. The guy was very responsive and was on top of things. He was at the job site checking it out and making sure his workers were doing everything. He didn't just sell and leave, he actually watched over everything. I think his name is Perry. Everything was great with him. We actually had him do the roof in our house that we lived in before this too. So we have used him a couple of times. We would have had him do our windows except for we didn't know that he did windows. The next time we do them, we will use him. We felt so bad about that. He remembers us and will remember us the next time we call. We just might have to give the address and say what he did and he will remember us. He really knows how to do customer service. He is a great guy.

The quality seems to be good and the price was pretty standard. The work done was good, but getting it repaired once the work got over was the bad part. While working they broke the planter box which was expensive. They said that they will replace it and the next time they came they bought some cheap planter box for my plants. They were not professional.

He conducts himself in a very professional way and doesn't try to slide you into doing more than you need. He hasn't completed our project yet, but we are contracted to do so.
