+ -1 moreI LIVE OUT OF TWO CITIES AND I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE WEEKEND I WOULD BE IN CHICAGO. I EXPLAINED THIS TO THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY INFO. ON THE DAY OF AND 45 MINUTES BEFORE HE WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE AT MY LOCATION MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED BECAUSE, I WAS TOLD, THEY HAD TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS. I WAS OBVIOUSLY VERY UPSET SINCE I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH ENOUGH TIME AND GUTTER MONSTERS HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CANCEL BEFORE MY TRAVEL. I DID RECEIVE A CALL TO RESCHEDULE AND THE PERSON WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. I DECIDED AGAINST RESCHEDULING.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, THEY DID A COMPLETE JOB. THEY WERE A LITTLE AGGRESSIVE ON THE SALE, AND SENT SOMEONE OVER TO THE HOUSE A SECOND TIME FOR A ''TAG-TEAM'' EFFORT. THEY WERE WILLING TO ADJUST PRICES, THOUGH. THEY WILL OFFER INCENTIVES IF YOU HELP THEM WITH MARKETING (I.E. SIGN IN YARD, BEFORE/AFTER PHOTOS IN BROCHURE, ETC.).
Description of Work: REPAIRED EXISTING GUTTERS/DOWNSPOUTS AND INSTALLED GUTTER GUARDS (GUTTERMONSTER).
