The sales tactics used by the primary owner are extremely unethical and borderline criminal from a harassment point of view. When we presented this information to him along with our request to cancel the appointment he became extremely combatant. He upset my wife to the point she had to hang-up on him. He immediately called the house again and threatened that he would notify our real-estate agent in the event we decided to list our house. All of these threats based on something he never even laid eyes on. I just have to wonder how many times these types of tactics have actually awarded him the job?? My hope in this complaint is to provide the feedback necessary to save consumers the headache of dealing with someone as unstable as this individual.

DO NOT CALL GLOBAL WATERPROOFING. THIS GUY CALLED EVERY DAY ASKING TO COME OVER AND SEE OUR BASEMENT, THEN AGAIN ASKING WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO TO GET THE JOB. WHEN WE ASKED FOR INSURANCE INFORMATION HE COULD NOT PROVIDE IT AND WAS DISGUSTED THAT WE EVEN ASKED. AFTER WE TOLD HIM WE WERE GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, HE INTERFERED WITH OUR ABILITY TO GET PERMITS WITH THE CITY. NOT SOMEONE I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE EVEN TALK TO.
