I rate him very highly. He's competent. He's honest. I continue to use his services. He's easy to work with. I don't have good things to say about him. He has lower rates for family versus businesses. I would absolutely use him in the future.

As is Craig's standard practice, he e-mailed us prior to his arrival asking for any special requests or concerns with our network or applications. The day of his scheduled visit, he arrived on time and went to work. In order to work efficiently and be respectful of our office operations, he coordinated with us regarding the timing of service for the individual workstations and the server. He simultaneously worked on several workstations instead of working on each one individually and waiting for the applications to fully execute. Upon completion of his services, he asked us to verify that the applications for each workstation were operating as expected, so as to avoid any delay in operations and/or return trips. Throughout the service visit he was willing and available to answer any application, software or other related concerns. Craig is very intentional in serving the customer needs, while being respective of them and their surroundings.
