Our technician, Glenda, consistently delivers an excellent cleaning and goes above and beyond our expectations. She sincerely cares about her work and looks for ways she can improve her service by offering suggestions on organization to help manage areas that tend to get cluttered. We have been customers of Fresh Tech Maid for 6 years and could not be happier with the quality of work that their technicians perform on a consistent basis.

We've used Fresh Tech Maid for a few months now, and have always been satisfied with their service. My partner and I have very tight schedules, and even though Fresh Tech Maid gives an arrival window time, I have been very appreciative that our technician has always arrived at the beginning of the window. For this most recent cleaning, Kim was our tech, and she brought along two trainees as well. I overheard Kim giving kind and detailed instructions to the trainees, and felt like our place was in good hands as I heard her share specific rules of thumb to go above and beyond the basics of cleaning. For our last cleaning, we had Alicia, who we also really liked. The only negative so far in our experience with Fresh Tech Maid is that we haven't been able to schedule the same technician for repeat service, which we hope to do in the future for consistency and reliability.

It went extremely well! Joanna is excellent! I am so pleased! Everything about this company is top notch! I will definitely use them again! I most highly recommend!

We've been lucky enough to have Kim come over for bi-weekly cleanings for the past several months, and we've been extremely happy with Fresh Tech Maids! Kim has done a wonderful job cleaning our home and Rachel has been great at following up after cleanings to make sure everything went well! Kim is amazing, always going above and beyond for us, and I love that they use natural products! Would highly recommend Kim and look forward to every time she comes!

Tech set off alarm. House was not cleaned. Bathroom counters were sticky, master bath sinks full of dirt and hair. Floors were swept but not mopped and. Kitchen counters were dirty. This was first time with this service. They were supposed to call to follow up. It took them two weeks. Thru offered to reclean at no charge and scheduled a trainer instead of the same tech. The day before the reclean, someone else called saying it was there policy to schedule the same tech as a learning experience and some one would call the next day. No one gas called and it’s been over week. These guys are apparently not interested in new business or customer satisfaction don’t waste your time here.

I had wonderful experience with Fresh Tech Maid. Every technician sent to my home is very professional and always does a great job to make sure my place spotless. After their visit to my home, my kitchen looks like it was cleaned meticulously and organized beautifully. It is like I just moved in! Worth every penny and overall I felt very safe using Fresh Tech Maid.

Glenda showed up on time and was able to complete general cleaning in the 2 hour windows She is friendly and did a nice job!

It went great. Our cleaner is LaPorsha, and she is AWESOME. Our house was cluttered, and I certainly didnt expect her to declutter- just clean what surfaces she could. Instead, I came home to find my clutter neatly stacked and organized. She even (this is embarrassing) found some forgotten bananas in the kitchen. I am delighted, and my house is so much more manageable now.

The Fresh Tech Maid company is extremely professional and responsive to customers' concerns. Their technicians are highly trained and take their work seriously. They also use entirely natural, safe processes, with no toxic cleaning products. I feel very comfortable having them clean our home on a regular basis.

They come every two weeks. They are fine; I don't think they are the best, but they are fine. Their office staff is really good. I don't really think that we are receiving the best cleaning. She is professional, but she just does not clean well. I am still using them.

It didn’t work out, she spilled water on the floor and complained about the clutter. The whole thing was absurd. The owner came to my house too.
