Very professional and efficient. Their staff was very friendly and did a great job cleaning. On top of that, they used natural cleaning agents, which made me feel better and also didn't leave any funky, chemical smells. The owner Wells, is very hands on and helpful. We are going to continue to use them on an on-going basis.

Crew of 5 arrived on timee. 3 ladies cleaned bedrooms and baths while 2 ladies cleaned kitchen, family room, living and dining rooms. My house was very dusty with greasy build up on kitchen cabinets. The first 3 ladies left after 2 hours while 2 stayed for about 2.5 to finish up. They were all very professional and worked steadily. I appreciated that they spoke excellent English and it was easy to communicate with them. The bathroom shower was not as clean as I would like but I'll ask them to use a different product on the glass doors when they return in 2 weeks. Yes, I plan to have Fresh Tech back for a routine cleaning in 2 weeks. It should be a lot easier and cheaper to keep it clean now. It was somewhat expensive but for 5 ladies, 4.5 hours and a very clean house was worth it.

We needed to do some major cleaning at my mom's house so that a caretaker could come in and cook meals, do laundry, help with bathing, etc. There was no way anyone would be able to prepare meals in the cluttered and dirty kitchen. I hired Fresh Tech on fairly short notice and explained the situation and that it would not be an easy job. They sent a two-woman crew that worked very hard and were very thorough and were also very nice. In 4 hours (8 man-hours) they did an excellent job with a difficult situation. I highly recommend this company.

A high-quality professional service. They use non-toxic cleaning materials -- which is important to us because we have two newborn twins.

The previous tenant moved out when the windows in the bedroom leak and require major repair on the wall and window; one of the bathroom also underwent remodeling. As you can image, the house need some serious cleaning. The floor tiles got some serious stain and the bathrooms were pretty gross. The Fresh Tech sent two people to do the work. We opened the door for them and when we went back to the house in the late afternoon to lock the door, the house felt refreshing clean. We did not talk to the cleaning staff before they leave but they leave us a note described what they did and what they can't clean (some 'paint stain' on the tile they can't remove - it ends up that the ' stain ' was tile grout that smeared from the tile job).

I have been using Fresh Tech service for the past six months and am very satisfied. Past services have described me as "picky" because I ask that items such as vases/bowls be moved so that the area behind them can be cleaned or that hard-to-reach areas such as armoire tops be dusted. Fresh Tech does these things and more every time they come. They leave the bathroom and kitchen shining! I also like that they provide their own "green" cleaning solvents and use their own equipment. Although their price is fair for the service they perform it is almost 50% more than what I was paying. In the same breath, I will say that it is worth the extra money for a job so consistently well-done. I hope they keep up the fabulous job!

Excellent. It took a few visits to get all of our requests fine tuned, but Fresh Tech always made a sincere effort to improve each time. Special requests for change of dates and additional services have been met in a professional manner.
