I am one of the owners of FloorWerks/StairWerks. Unfortantaly we had a terrible flood in our home amounting to thousands of dollars in damages that need to be repaired. Of course we used our own crews to repair the damages. Now you may think that they did an exceptional job because it was our home ,and they were employeres of ours, Could be, but we left our crews in our home unsupervised for 4 weeks. Little did they know that all of their actions were being video taped by our survacliance camaers. These cameras were set up years ago through ADT so we were able to watch the children, and the cleaning people while we were at work. It was just convient to have them in place will we were repairing our home. I was able to watch all the crews as they worked. I could see who took a break, how often, also how they were repairing my drywall, what paint and primer they were using, and if anything odd was going on. Rick, (Hubby) always tells our clients, and quot;the crews that work in our home, works in yoursand quot; . He's right, our crews work daily to complete all projects in a timely fashion, with excellnt quality. I am very proud of our crews! Rick at floorwerks delivered on his promises, took the necessery time to explain everything, and was very patient with our continued indecision, after all, wood floors are a big investment, and need to be right. No pressure and never in a hurry, Rick let us decide on our own pace, and gave great advice throughout the process, and a good price when all was said and done.

I was referred to Floorwerks through a neighbor whose flooring turned out beautiful. Rick was wonderful to work with throughout the selection process. Due to having 3 dogs, we decided on a Cherry finish laminate floor which was installed throughout our entire home. The product is beautiful and the installation was perfect. Rick and his crew made sure that we were happy with the work completed each day and ultimately the final product. The installation crew was awesome.

I met with Dawn Deutsch, one of the business' owners, in her store. We discussed my project, and made an appointment for her to visit my home to get a better feel for the project. She wrote the appointment down in her book and on a business card for my reference. She did not show up for the meeting, and never called. On the day of the appointment, I called the business and spoke with her associate who indicated she was out. I provided my name and contact information again, and asked for a call back. That was two days ago, and I have not heard back from her or the store. I will never visit this store again and will not refer anyone to them.

I took a sample of what I wanted into their store, which was very similar to what I had in my last house. Rick came out to my house, measured, and based on the style of my new house provided some other options and recommendations which were right on. We went with his suggestions and we are glad we did. We're very pleased with the look and quality. We were on a tight deadline. Rick bent over backwards, including offering to install on Sunday (we declined). He stayed involved as the carpet was layed, and was very responsive to any issue or problem.
