The team was fabulous from sales (Darrell) to project management (Jeff) to installers (Pawel). This was a huge undertaking for me and I did feel the service was personal. And it was evident front start to finish that this is a professional team. In the end, I had a yucky bathroom in my fixer upper transformed into a beautiful space...it’s a small bathroom, but shared by four people...and we can at least fight for luxury space now! I highly reccomend this team! It’s not the cheapest, but the work was high quality. If I win the lottery...or pay off some other home improvements they will be the company I hire for my kitchen! Highly recommended!

Project was to replace Tub/Shower to a walk in shower with a fold down seat, new wall and floor tile and a new toilet. Highly professional. Met and exceeded required repairs to this older home when the need arose. A worker was replaced the following day when that worker suffered an AT HOME accident without skipping a beat. The work area was always kept clean. Visitors very pleased when viewing the change. We would hire them again without question. Thanks.

Do not hesitate to hire Envy. The work that was done by John was absolutely incredible. Very professional and he did excellent work. I will definitely use this company again for my next project. If you hire this company please ask for John to do the work.

Other companies recommended we tear out everything, but they were honest in what the actual problem was and how to go about fixing it. My husband and I were not home for most of the time, we trusted them entirely and it was so fun to come home and see the progress! Hired Baths by Envy to do a small powder room. They were fantastic and all expectations were exceeded. Arrived on time every day, cleaned up daily, and did impeccable work. Really impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone.

They provided excellent advice and quality workmanship. Jed & Jeff we’re great to work with and Oleg, who did the majority of the work, is fabulous. Did 2 bathrooms and master bedroom reno. Not the cheapest, but the best.

I hired them to replace my bathroom sink, vanity and counter in my master bath and they also installed a second sink. They did very good quality work and from the time of my decision to proceed, it was only 8 days until the project was completed! I did the demolition and got the faucets and knobs (to save a little money) and they installed the new plumbing, cabinets and counter. This was a small job and I was lucky to fit in between other projects, but they have 9 crews and juggle schedules often. Our new bathroom is beautiful. Their workers are very neat and clean. The salesman, Jed, was honest, helpful and willing to work with me on the price. I had contacted other companies and they wouldn't even bid because my job was too small. I think if you need a bathroom, kitchen or sun room remodel/addition, in the NW Chicago suburbs, these guys are the ones to hire.

Sales person gave very helpful information. Installers and workers were good. They cleaned up after the work each day. However communication between sales and installers was lacking and not transferred causing delays in completion. Finished job looks great!

High quality work. Installers were always on time and explained everything that was to be done. Work areas were cleaned up each day. I liked the fact that we were given the option to shop around for and purchase the bathroom fixtures to be installed. The finished bathroom far exceeded my expectations !!

I could not have asked for any more from start to finish with by bathroom remodel process. Jed was outstanding when he came out to give me my initial quote - offering suggestions, answering questions, providing a variety of options. He was not pushy in the last, and I highly enjoyed my interactions with him. Jeff was always pleasant and available to answer any questions and offer suggestions. Francisco was a master at implementing my vision, keeping me up-to-date, answering any questions, and just being pleasant and enjoyable to have around. I can not say enough good things about Envy and its staff, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

We couldn't be happier with our new three season room. Everything was smooth working with this company, from the sales person Adam, to the project manager, and the crew. Everyone was professional and friendly, with great communication. I couldn't believe how clean my yard was when the crew was done, they even scrubbed my brick patio to make sure there was no residue left over. Our room is beautiful!!

I had to replace everything in the bathroom due to water damage to the sub floor and my limited mobility. What I got was exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with the workmanship and although it took a little longer than expected, it was worth it.

First I need to say that I am a first time home owner. After hearing horror stories from friends regarding their renovation projects I forged ahead with my bathroom renovation timidly but decided I wanted to do it right and was excited. I was looking for people who were good at their work, honest to their word, reasonably priced and trustworthy in my home. After numerous interviews I decided to go ahead with Envy. It ended up being an incredible choice. The whole team was great. Jed walked through every bit of the process with me and kept a very Nervous Nellie, like myself, calm as it progressed. True to word, Jeff kept things on schedule despite all of the hiccups encountered through no fault of theirs. Thank goodness everyone kept a sense of humor and honesty Jed and Jeff could not have been more calm or kind. And I simply can't say enough about the quality of workmanship Pawel performed with my complex tile and grout choices. They listened, they came, they performed, and they conquered a difficult job. I had warned them from the start that my bathroom project would be a challenge because of the age of my home, my intricate design choices and my tough but honest personality and they rose to the occasion and did incredibly. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Small or large projects, they know what they are doing and won't let you down! Envy is really a top notch company. The bath remodel experience was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, awesome products, and the end result was fantastic !
