My experience was that they are amazing. Their price was where I expected, their quality of service was exceptional. It was almost like I had family coming over every day to do the work and if I had any complaints, they were right there and they fixed it immediately. They gave me exactly what I wanted.

I have "hired" but work has not started and will be probably another month. Adam Kingen is the most responsive Project consultant I have worked with in many decades. He poses the unique ability of frequent updates. No pester nor bother but very responsive. If the other vendors I worked with had this ability, not sure what the results would have been. Home Advisor is in to much of a hurry asking for feedback. Yes, I have selected and hired this company, put it is really to early to give a rating until the work is started/complete. Wanted to make updates to my master bathroom, so after some research found Baths by Envy. Jed came out & I appreciate the assessment and showing floor and bath tile samples. Sonny was assigned to do the work. I liked that Sonny worked through Saturday & Sunday, and stayed late Monday evening to finish the work. Overall I am very happy with the updates done to my bathroom & I would recommend Baths by Envy.

I was very happy with them. They were easy to work with and they cleaned up everyday. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing! If there had been a problem, they would have taken care of it immediately to my satisfaction.

They got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves and they did a great job. Sales rep was here to answer any questions, etc. I would recommend this company.

They refused to review a discrepency i had and did not come out to take care of that discrepency, also the outside caulking around the windows was inadequate.
