Description of Work: They built a porch/awning type covering at our front door. Two columns supporting a roof. We first agreed to this project in Oct 2015, weeks later they said that they made a mistake, and the job would cost $30,000.00, then when we complained, they revised the cost down to $8,000.00. We did not hear from them for weeks, they kept saying next week they hoped to start. Finally, after many calls from us, they started the porch on Jan 5,2016. It basically only took 2 days, except, they had to correct an issue with the building inspector. That didn't happen until Jan 28,2016. Although the porch is built to our complete satisfaction, the flashing on the roof is not. They said they were not making any money on this job, and it would probably cost another $200-$300.00 to correct. We should talk to the roofer directly to resolve this issue. We picked Envy Home Solutions, because they were listed in "The Best" recommended contractors book for our area. We would not use them again.

Description of Work: We had a very good sales presentation. Construction was mostly good. For having paid that amount, I can say we did not feel valued as customers. They never got the door to lock. They tried a few times and within days we could not lock it again. Then they stopped responding to requests to fix it. We ended up having to pay a handyman to fix it.
