Fine. They delivered door in a timely manner matching quoted ETA. They removed old door and material hauling it away. No clean up on my part. New door looks good and professionally installed. Installers put neat finishing touches on door with caulking. Took time to explain how door operates and locks. Overall very satisfied. Price was economical

This is our second time hiring Gus and EcoChamp windows. They replaced two windows last summer and the rest of the windows in the house and garage this summer. Gus is very professional and has great customer service! Adrian and his crew to install the windows were on time, efficient, and cleaned up the work area. We also got an estimate for siding for our garage but need to wait for that. We would highly recommend Gus and will hire him again!

Gus and his crew replaced all windows in our house - 1 picture and 7 double-hung - and also replaced the old frames. The crew did a wonderful job - they were clean, efficient and polite. Windows look great and work properly. One thing that particularly impressed me is how patient and thorough Gus was through the planning stage. My husband and I are usually very picky and take some time to research our home project so we had tons of questions. Gus was never impatient, was there to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable before we started the project. Happy to recommend and hire again!

Fast the efficient. The crew completed 46 windows in 1 day. They applied caulk to all joints, just as they promised. Looks good.

Designing and redecorating the exterior of your home can be challenging and overwhelming. However, working with Gus and Lifetime was none of that! They took their time to walk us through all of our options and were more than happy to spend their time (with multiple visits and consultations) to help us decide on colors and design ideas/details. When we had our design picked out Gus and Lifetime did an absolutely amazing job at creating our dream exterior. They were timely and absolute professionals. We are a bit of perfectionists and I can honestly say their work was beyond perfect! Exceptional quality, value, and customer service. Our entire exterior has been transformed and all of our neighbors can’t stop asking us about it! If you’re thinking about doing any sort of exterior work these are the guys!

Gus and Adrian were very professional and courteous! We had ordered windows from a different company that were the wrong size. Gus explained the issue and our needs for the project in a way that I understood which helped us to know what to say to get our money back from the other company. He also communicated efficiently about timelines so we knew upfront how long it would take to get the windows and they arrived a bit sooner than we were originally told. Adrian was also professional efficient. He and two other guys installed our windows and fiberglass door. They cleaned up well after the job and worked efficiently around other people that we had working in the house on that day.
