Excellent job, absolutely wonderful and fairly priced.

They were super helpful and responsive. Fabric choices were almost unlimited. Once the fabric was ordered and arrived, the work was done in five days. They picked up my chairs and delivered them for free. Both chairs look wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier. I might have spent less buying new chairs, but I would have spent time, and wasted gasoline, chasing around finding what I wanted.

Citrano upholstery did excellent work reupholstering a sofa and two chairs. I needed the job done on a quick timeline and they were able to accommodate that. They were very easy to deal with and very professional. The finished product looked great.

They performed the work but had to return to take the furniture apart and did not have the proper tools. They needed to borrow some from the homeowner even though they had the opportunity to inspect what was necessary to do the job when they came the first time and could not take the piece because it was too heavy for the workers who came. After inspection they raised the quoted price - the quote was based on photos so they were informed at the time of the request. When the piece was finished they brought the proper tools to install the repaired section.

The chair looks amazing! I would definitely use Citrano again. Making contact was initially difficult. We came during posted hours, and their sign said they were open, but they weren't. I called and left a message, and no one got back to me. A month later I tried calling again, and this time I was successful. They gave me a nice variety of materials to choose from, and their work was professionally done.

Work was done in fair amount of time and vendor picked up and delivered sectional sofa. Work was first rate and we were pleased with the final result. There was some confusion in communicating the final price due to an upgrade in the material used to replace the cushions but in the end I was all right with the cost upgrade. Bottom line, the pricing for work are at the upper end of the spectrum but the final results I found to be worth the price.

Mike is an artist. The sofa I had him reupholster was more than 100 years old and a family heirloom. I wanted someone to treat it with care and respect. They did. They gave me great advice on selecting the fabric. Mike was even able to repair a break in the frame and to locate matching metal footings for the legs. I will use them again for my next project. I thought that his pricing was very fair given the nature of the project.

I selected fabric samples that interested me in the shop. I took them home and decided what would look best on my chairs and with my other furniture. I returned to the store a few days later with my choice and they completed their quote including the cost of the fabric. I agreed and brought in the chairs to be worked on. They were completed less than 10 days later. Citrano will pick up the items in their van/truck if need be. Happy with quality of work. They look great and are comfortable. The office seemed disorganized and cluttered. Showroom staff person seemed new and didn't seem to know much about the business but was cheerful and attentive. No one was in showroom at least once when I came by during business hours. I had to find one of the workers from the back and he was not really able to help.

Mike was awesome. It is really pricey. I could have bought a brand new chair with the same amount it costed.

Citrano Upholstery did a wonderful job for me! I selected a beautiful fabric from them, and they recovered my four dining room chairs very professionally. One chair arm had broken last year, and the repair they did is so good you can hardly see it. Lee Ann and Mike were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. Reupholstering the four chairs took only about a week! I was extremely pleased with the results, and it saved me from having to buy a new dining room set. I thought their prices were very reasonable, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

They were a good group. They were fantastic and very flexible in working out the delivery. In coming, they picked up the furniture and dropped it off after. They did a bunch of different things. The price was reasonable.

They followed up with an online request for quote within a couple hours. Michael reupholstered my 8ft sofa in under 2 weeks. Quality, speedy work. Looks like it was done by the manufacturer. I would definitely utilize their services in the future for any other upholstery work we have. When the furniture delivers picked up the sofa, Michael called and left me a voicemail that it had been picked up.

The provider did not show up to to pick up the chairs on the date scheduled. They called the next day and stated "he forgot". I lost confidence and respect for him and used a different service.

We have had Citrano reupholster some chairs for us in the past with great results. So we had them reupholster our over size leather chair when that needed it.. The chair has a unique shape and some unusual lines. The result looks better than new. We will continue to return to Citrano for our future upholstery needs.

It was pretty expensive, but it looked great.

Surprisingly they finished it early which I didn't anticipate. The couch is stunning and one-of-a-kind due to their workmanship. Even my husband likes it now! Everyone there is hardworking, talented and customer-service oriented.

We have and old antique rocking chair that had broken springs and the upholstery was worn. The arms on the chair were also loose. Saw you recommendation in you book and utilized this service to preform repairs on this chiar for my wife's birthday present. Supplied the chair on November 14, 2014 and they completed the chair on 11/22/2014 in time for a present for my wife's birthday on November 24, 2014

Michael's assistant, Lianne, was very personable , professional and responsive. We emailed her a couple a couple photos of the chairs and she responded quickly. When we brought the chairs in, Michael and Lianne were very hands on. Michael showed me where the fabric had come loose and suggested that by pulling the fabric, it could be refastened. He's very knowledgeable. Lianne mentioned a turn around time of three weeks, maybe a little longer and the price was very fair. Having dealt with upholstery businesses before, this time frame sounded about right. What a nice surprise to receive a call from Lianne in the middle of the same week, that they'd finished the chairs and they were ready for pick up! When we drove out to pick up the chairs, we were so pleased at the improvement! The chairs now add a lovely, stately improvement to our living room! I should also add that Citrano's has a service to pick up and deliver furniture, but we have a Jeep and managed to load all the chairs in it.

Great service from beginning to end. We solicited quotes from 3 providers. Citrano was the best value. They held firm to their estimate. They picked up the chairs from our residence and delivered them earlier that estimated. The quality of the work is excellent. We have a leather char that needs some work and will be reaching out to Citrano again soon.

Everything was great and personalized. They gave me a quote, came out and picked up my sofa, and had it back to me sooner than expected. Everything was professional and great from start to finish. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Repair job worth the money compared to locating hard to find replacement chairs which are expensive. Will be adequate repair for several years. We sit a lot in these chairs, many hours per day. Quality B++

Everything went really well. Excellent job done. We brought the chair to them, picked out fabric at store. Chair was delivered to our home in a few weeks. Looks like a brand new piece of furniture. Would highly recommend.

I emailed Citrano and sent them pictures of the chairs and told them about the fabric I was going to use. They offered to have me come to their store to look at fabrics they could provide, but I had my own fabric from Pottery Barn that I wanted to use. The told me how much fabric I would need and told me to contact them when the fabric arrived at my home. I called them when the fabric came in and they were at my house the same day to pick the chairs up. They took about a week and a half with my chairs (although I'm sure they would have done it even quicker if I told them I was in a rush). They called to tell me they were done and delivered them to my house the same day. The craftsmanship was what blew me away. They did amazing work! It is a striped fabric and they matched the two chairs and properly corded the chairs so that the cording stripes matched the stripes on the cushions. I could not be more pleased with the chairs and with my experience with Citrano. I will gladly use them again.
