The job turned out to be more complicated than originally anticipated because the fan had to be accessed and connected through an attic crawl space. Working in that crawl space led to the ceiling getting cracked, but Vince repaired the ceiling crack very professionally at no extra charge. We were very happy with the final result.

Hiring Assured Home Improvements has been the best decision I've made in several years. They've managed to take care of all those nagging little issues that somehow I've never quite been able to get around to doing (and, more importantly, those that I got around to doing and botched). Very high quality work, especially when it comes to drywall repair. Prompt, responsible, hard-working.

Everything looks perfect and I am thrilled with his work

Vince is reliable and punctual and dedicated to doing the job perfectly. He has always been up front with estimates and any additional expense that might pop up, we have used his services for around the past 10 years and he has tackled every type of request we have needed. He will never hurry a job or just cover up a problem, and will inform you all along of his progress and what the job requires. We have felt comfortable enough with him by now that he can come and go on our property even if we are not home, when he needs to come over and do his work. So we are highly recommending him in Angie's List.

We accepted his estimate and he came out to repair the rotting wood. He came out over the course of the week since his work was restricted by the weather. He also re-painted the wood trim and caulked as well.
