Superlative wood floor installation by Lucian, whose work was precise, meticulous, and ingenious. Highest quality work by a true craftsman with a high work ethic. On the front end of the project tearing out the old carpeting revealed a big sub-flooring problem, which Lucian solved beautifully and efficiently. Nice to know there's still people out there who take pride in their work and truly care about the customer. I'm sure Lucian is pretty booked-up and in demand, but it'd be well worth your wait to get him on your project. High kudos also to the Flooring Consultant, Brian, who made himself available even on his days off to provide outstanding customer service throughout the process. Very responsive. A top notch experience from beginning to end.
