I made an initial inquiry. My call was returned promptly, but I did not pursue the issue and went with someone else.

Arrived on time. Explained the problem. Gave an estimate and time duration. Completed the work professionally within a half hour of time estimate (half hour earlier than expected). Cleaned up the work area after done. May have saved us a real problem as we had arcing going on in our 30 year old breaker box. Also fixed problems with the way the old box was wired (2 circuits on one breaker in some cases). we were very satisfied, have no idea if the cost was low, high or whatever but are glad to have the problem fixed. Would not hestiate to use them again.

I called for an estimate. Their mailbox was full so I called the 2nd number. I got a hold of someone on a cell phone who was at a job and said he'd call me back. He never did.

What I thought was going to be a big issue ended up being a quick fix. They were quick to respond on the phone. Everyone I spoke with on staff was helpful and I feel their charges were very reasonable! I would highly recommend!

It went extremely well. I called and was met with an actual person. (not an answering machine) I was told I would receive a call back in five minutes. Indeed, in five minutes I received a call. I explained my problem and was told a service man would be at my door in an hour to an hour and one half. Sure enough a service man came to my door in one hour and a half. He discovered the problem. He needed to find a replacement part. He went back to the shop to get it. It was not there. He took it upon himself to search for the part which he found. He was back in a hour's time. He put in the replacement part. He also made sure my landscape lights were fully straightened. He caulked the junction box so water would not enter. He was very polite and courteous. I would use this company again.
