All Safe Fred's Gas Repair

After calling a ton of places, I finally found All Safe Fred's. They repaired my gas lantern, repainted the post, and then washed the glass. It looked brand new! Great job!!

Fred's repairmen came in, and fixed very quickly, installing a new on/off handle much easier to use. Were even nice enough to hook up the new dryer and vent it to the outside. Definitely above and beyond my expectations! They were on time, polite, had a good sense of humor, and were very helpful.

My gas fireplace quite working last spring. Fred came out and found the problems (loose wires, misplaced logs, etc.), problems probably created when my furnace guys cleaned it last year. They fixed it quickly, but waited to make sure that the problem was really fixed. They let it cool off and then turned it on and off a few times. Fred had returned my calls promptly and it was easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience. They were very clean and considerate and removed their shoes at the door, even when I thought it was OK for them to leave them on.

They did a fabulous job. Fred himself called me back within two hours of leaving a message and was accommodating with my scheduling request. I had to be back at work by 12 and asked to come as early as possible. They were here at 8am sharp. I thought they were very professional, efficient and very proficient at their job. I highly recommend these guys.

The guys called as they were running late, and then came just as they said. They did a very good job, and were extremely nice and professional.

Fred came when he said he was going to. He was a pleasure to have do the work as he talked about what he was doing and why he had to do what he was doing. There is a wide range of pricing for this product, but you get what you paid for and I am quite pleased with my choice.

Helpful and courteous, they arrived promptly to do professional quality work, including cleanup, at a reasonable price. I'm happy to join the chorus of approvals by giving them straight A's. Thanks Fred, and thanks Angie's List for letting us know about the good guys.

Returned all phone calls promply, showed up on time for appointment, explained everything, made the grill look and operate better than when it was new.

Fred was on time. He was very accommodating. He explained everything he was doing. He repainted the gas lamps free of charge.

The technician was on time, helpful and completed the job well. The job was a little more difficult than they originally thought, but they stuck to the original estimate.

Job 1: RYAN CAME OUT AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. A TREE SERVICE COMPANY BROKE THE LINE WHEN THEY WERE DIGGING OUT A STUMP, AND RYAN WAS ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM WHEN I ORDER MY NEW GAS GRILL. Job 2: Fred came out to our house on a Sunday - as I was having a family bar-b-que and needed my gas grill working. He moved all of his other appts so he could fit me in. I was very pleased with this company!

When Fred called back, he was able to schedule someone to come the very next morning. This was really great for us. Ryan was not in the least bit pushy, and was quite informative and friendly, and ultimately, I decided to keep the grill instead of disposing of it. He cleaned it well, showed me how to maintain it myself, and also showed me very carefully how to operate it and how to keep it safe from my little kids. Really, a very kind man, and a wonderful experience. I'm happy we kept the grill.

FRED & HIS CREW WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT GAS LINES AND GRILLS. THEY GAVE US SEVERAL OPTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR HOW TO RUN THE LINE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK VERY NEATLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND WERE SUPER FRIENDLY. IN FACT, THE ONE GUY ACTUALLY CAME BACK TO OUR HOUSE TO MAKE SURE WE HAD ATTACHED THE GRILL CORRECTLY, AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. GREAT JOB!

WE PLAYED A BIT OF PHONE TAG AT THE BEGINNING, BUT ONCE THE APPT WAS SET, EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH SAILING. THEY WERE ON TIME AND REASONABLE IN THEIR ESTIMATES. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY HONEST AND WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY WOULD RE-CREDIT THE TRIP CHARGE ON FUTURE WORK.

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN, WHICH IS IMPORTANT, FOR THIS IS A MESSY JOB.

VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALL AND SCHEDULING THE WORK. PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED FROM HAVING READ REVIEWS ON ANGIE'S LIST, BUT THEY MADE THE ESTIMATE CLEAR UP FRONT, AND ONLY CHARGED EXTRA FOR REQUIRED PARTS AND LAVA ROCK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND THE GRILL DOES WORK MUCH BETTER, AND LOOKS A LOT BETTER TOO.

ONLY ERROR INVOLVED FACT THAT WE HAD SCHEDULED FOR A THURS., AND FRED SCHEDULED US FOR FRI. HOWEVER, ON FRI. COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS CONTRITE, POLITE, EFFICIENT AND PERFORMED WORK AT QUOTED PRICE.

RYAN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID A GREAT JOB, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THIS GUY IS GREAT. NO 'SELLING UP'... ACTUALLY HE SOLD DOWN. QUICK RESPONSE FOR SUCH A SMALL JOB. ENTHUSIASTIC AND PROFESSIONAL.
