Description of Work: These guys were great. They were on time, knew exactly what to do, had all the needed parts and were clean and polite. My 9yr old gas grill looks and works like new. It is spotless!! Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We have a fairly expensive Broilmaster grill permanently post mounted in our backyard and fueled by natural gas. Unfortunately, it had fallen on hard times in that the burner had corroded out and the gas valve controls were broken. In addition, after several years of use the grill was beginning to show its age. These guys came out and did an initial assessment and determined the problems and parts needed. They returned in less than a week, and thoroughly cleaned and degreased every part of the grill (inside and out), installed the new parts, and professionally tested everything. In addition, they spruced up the appearance of our somewhat tired looking grill with heat resistant black spray paint. With the thorough cleaning and painting, the outside of our grill looks brand-new, and the inside is once again clean and working like it should. Their service was professional, courteous and prompt. While the total cost was not cheap, the parts that we needed contributed significantly to the total bill and there was no doubt in our minds that these parts needed replacement as we could see the physical damage and corrosion. We have our grill back! We are very pleased with the service we received, and will call them again should the need arise, or just for a thorough cleaning and spruce up.

Glass was missing from the lamps, which they repaired , cleaned and replaced the mantles. My gas grill looks brand new, they took it apart & cleaned it! |Todd & his son were both very friendly, and competent.

Description of Work: My gas fireplace is approximately 14 years old and I could not ignite it. All Safe Fred's Gas Repair came to my home and did an excellent job in finding the problem. It was a wiring problem and they were able to fix it. I was impressed that they wanted to stay and make sure that when the fireplace was turned off that they could get it to work each time. They were very professional. They could have talked me into a new gas fireplace at $5,000 but they were very sensitive to money issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
