They were great. They were really good. I would highly recommend them. We went through our home warranty. They were timely and didn’t over charge for anything like random. They are very professional and I don’t have any complaints. We will continue to use them as long as our home warranty covers it.

Air Quality Analyst damaged my washer and dryer when they carried them into the garage to do their work. After appliances were moved into garage then back into the house there were gouges all over my appliances caused by the workers dragging the appliances against the door frame. When confronted with this the owner Don claimed that the appliances were moved front first so it was impossible for his workers to have caused this. Then when it was pointed out that they are to wide to fit front first and needed to be turned sideways he claimed that his employees could not have caused the damage. He blamed my children for causing the damage when they were not even in the garage and were supervised at all times. Don claimed that they must have rode their bicycles into the appliances. He refused to indemnify his companies damages and is not professional in any way. Better off using a different company then one who refused to see the obvious damage his company caused.

It started out great, but they ended up taking down a lot more of the ceiling than expected, so I had to have carpenters come in to reinstall new drywall. The only issue is that I wasn't able to get Air Quality Analysts to return to install the vents.
