Holly was most recently the director of sales for Serosun Farms, a spectacular custom-home community that focuses on environmental and economic sustainability. A founding member of @properties' environmentally conscious Green Team, she is uniquely positioned to counsel homeowners and builders on the latest eco-friendly products and practices. 
 Holly’s dedication extends to the community. Aside from her involvement with such local organizations as Neighborhood Parents Network of Chicago, she has been named “Woman of The Year” by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She was the chairperson for the society’s annual ball, and is actively involved with many children's organizations.

Process went smoother than any transactions in the past.
Description of Work: Holly was recommended to me by a friend as a real estate agent to help me find an investment property. Holly was very easy to get in contact with throughout the process. Appointments were made easily as well to view properties and make offers. Holly really made the process less stressful than past experiences. Holy was very knowledgeable in regards to neighborhoods and home values. I really felt like Holly was on my side the whole way. Se fought hard negotiating the deal and did not push me into anything that I wasn't comfortable with. Holly found me a great property and negotiated a good deal on my behalf. Holly also has a great referral network. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone looking for a good realtor that brings knowledge, experience and professionalism to the table.
