Did a good job. Could of been a little neater at job site.

The experience was excellent throughout, from getting an estimate through the finished project. They showed up when they said they would to measure the area and write up an estimate. We weren't quite sure what we wanted and they were able to show us pictures of different designs they could do (most of these were pictures of previous projects they had actually done, some were stock photos out of catalogs). At our request, they came to the house a couple of other times before we hired them to discuss options. They showed up every time when they said they would and, if they couldn't make it or were going to be late, they called and let us know. During the project, whenever something unexpected came up they immediately stopped and asked what we wanted them to do, and presented different options and how much each would cost (problems encountered were minor involving drainage, and fixes were of minimal cost). They were very professional, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We did this project in June of 2006 and it still looks brand new, no cracks have appeared. They did a high-quality, beautiful job.
