Terrible
Description of Work: Installed sump pump, said it would solve all of my problems; I was skeptical, the price seemed too high. The pump worked fine as long as we were in a drought; once it started raining in earnest yesterday it couldn't keep up with the rain; they dispatched a guy who said that it wasn't reasonbable to expect it to keep up with a moderate rain storm. I had to use two (not just one but two) other backup pumps to keep my basemewnt from flooding. Outrageous prices and no results. I could get (and have) a better pump from Home Depot for a fraction of the price. Update 4/11/2013: my basement is flooding, the sump pump is not keeping up; called Wagner and was put on hold; they never came back to the call. Their warranty is worthless!

Their pricing is very reasonable and right around market price. Their there whenever they make a promise to be. They are the top of the line plumber. They are very respectful about being inside my home and professional about cleaning up their mess. I trust them and am comfortable with them in my home.
Description of Work: They have done all kinds of stuff from installing sinks to re-doing my entire sewer line.
