Description of Work: Needed new torsion springs. Dan gave me a price range depending on the spring size required. Adam came, and in under an hour had new springs and bearings put in. No complaints, he explained exactly what he was going to do and recommended the new bearings. Great job. Definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Service was good. Did a good job in a unique garage with all cement walls/ceiling. Had to negotiate price, they were a bit high at 1st but once showed them other estimates they came down. Very nice in providing additional remote and giving maintenance instruction.

When I called Dan to explain, he diagnosed the problem over the phone and 4 days later (as that was the only time convenient for me), he came out, and 1/2 hour later, the spring was replaced. Dan was very professional and the price was unbeatable. I will recommend Dan and Suburban to anyone that has any garage door needs and I would definitely use Suburban in the future.
