Description of Work: The Pratt team made the repairs in one day; superb results. The owner came on the job site as well - very impressed with their work and highly recommended.

Description of Work: Pratt installed a new chimney liner, and everything went very well. Someone came out and gave me an estimate, which was arranged quickly and went fairly well. The work itself only took half a day and went as expected.

Description of Work: Installed new steel liner and cap in second chimney flue that was for the hot water tank exhaust. Knocked out old concrete grout where the water tank exhaust connect to and ran new steel liner from the top of the chimney all the way down to the basement (approx. 30ft). Ran the steel liner out the concrete hole of the old exhaust and connected back up to my water tanks. Refilled the hole in the basement with new concrete to seal it back up between the wall and the flue end in the basement. Cap was installed on top of flue. |Steve the owner was here to do the install. Great guy. They had some struggles getting the steel liner to fit because of the offset bend farther down the flue. Steve would not give up and was able to clear some of the old concrete obstructions around that bend in the flue. End result was great. All looks good. |I will have Steve back sometime in the Spring to redo my chimney grout (full grind & tuckpoint) and to rebuild a new concrete crown. Then will install my new double flue cap. | |Their service is great and his back-office admin/scheduler is a pleasure to deal with. Good all around customer experience. |

Description of Work: We hired them to fix our chimney. It needed tuck-pointing and general maintenance. Dave arrived on time and completed the job withing a couple of hours. He explained everything he did and left a detailed bill. We were very happy with his service.

Description of Work: I found I needed a chimney cap after I noticed some water building up on the damper in my fire place during a torrential down pour. Pratt responded quickly, showed up as scheduled and installed the cap in short time. The installer was friendly and professional.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in doing the work which turned out well. They tuck-pointed my chimney. What sets them apart though, form the competition, is the response they had when a problem arose. Steve was right on the spot to fix the problem and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I would use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace flue from furnace to roof. Repaired roof where the old one was. Tied in water heater. Cleaned and inspected fireplace and chimney. Found issue in the chimney that requires repair.

Description of Work: Wow! Customer service the way it used to be. The owner actually came to our house to supervise the repairs. He also honored the original estimate even after more work was needed to ensure a proper waterproof chimney.
