Professional, courteous, and did a great job.

This is my first time using a snow removal service (and Angie's List). This company primarily deals with businesses I think, but they are very good! Very good customer service, even texting ahead to ensure they will be at the house to plow before I need to leave for work. They gave me two options/prices before agreeing to a contract and allowed me the time to decide - no pressure. I have nothing but positive things to say about this provider. As for the price, I am not going to put any amounts down as I have very little experience with this type of service. But I love the peace of mind - knowing that these guys always show up when they say and do a great job plowing the drive. Very positive experience for me! Thank you Great Lakes!

It was pretty good. I don't know how long it is going to last as we have not had heavy rain. I have nothing to judge the work on. It will probably take about a year for the water to seep through again, if it was not done right. It looks fine right now. The painting could have been a little better. The fella was very nice. I pointed out certain things. I had him do little stuff around the house that I am too old to do now. I am in my eighties. Even sweeping the floor is becoming a problem. Compared to other companies, it was worth it.

I was referred to Great Lakes Property Maintenance by a co-worker of mine when we were talking about the deck work and yard work that I was planning on having done. He told me to contact them saying that he calls them for pretty much everything he needs done too. I spoke with one of the owners, Trent Tobias, regarding having some boards replaced on my deck, and having the entire thing refinished. In addition to that, I had a couple of trees and bushes that my wife insisted needed to be moved around in the yard - I still don't quite get why this needed to be done, but you know the saying...a happy life is a happy wife... so we threw that on the to do list as well. They showed up when they said they would, replaced and repaired the boards on the deck as needed, and refinished the entire thing as well. I have to be honest, it looks better now than it did when I originally put it in myself. The plant transportation was flawless, all of the plants have taken to their new homes well and have had no issues - and my wife is happy too.. BONUS! After talking some more with Trent I discovered that his company also does a lot with snow and ice removal and maintenance in the winter season, and so when I asked about it, I was very impressed to learn that their pricing for this service is one flat rate, regardless of whether it snows twice or 50 times within the season, which I thought was excellent! Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of property maintenance work to be done. They had far exceeded any expectations I could have had and I definitely plan on working with them in the future as needed.
