Description of Work: I called Duke of Doors to repair a garage door and get a quote on a new door. The called me back quickly and I explained the problem. They stated that they would be in the area the next day and would stop by around 3:00 pm. The appointment time came and went and they never showed nor did they call to let me know they weren't coming. The next day I called and left a message to see if there was some sort of misunderstanding and they never called me back.

Description of Work: Duke and Steve arrived sooner than the stated time given to me on the phone. They were able to get me scheduled for service the same day that I called. They diagnosed the problem with my door, estimated the cost to fix it on the spot and once I gave the OK, they fixed it. They were punctual, professional, tidy, thorough and knowledgeable. When they were done (in less than an hour) my door was working perfectly!

 + -1 moreDescription of Work: Replaced 16' garage door with matching color and sunburst windows steel door with remote opener. Duke was there when he said he would be there. They installed the new door and took away the old door, explained how to operate the new door as well as a thourgh clean-up. We are very satisfied with Duke of doors and will use him again at our factory to replace some of our overhead commercial doors.
