I called because of a leak in the washing machine, but he was unable to find any leak or to replicate it. He did clean out the drain holes in the top of the tub, which might have caused some water to splash out of the tub and onto the floor. He reminded me that the service call is good for 30 days and said to call if it recurs, and showed me how to remove the cover and take a look for myself as to what might be causing the leak if it comes back.

They were very polite, they just said that they do not service the Chicagoland area and that Angie's List just needed to fix that in their database. Also, I put in a service date because I had to?? Thank you.

They are conservative and honest. They don't try and sell you on things that don't need to be fixed. I've used them multiple times and will continue using.

Had board repaired and oven was working. Unfortuantley it was a double overn and the 2nd board went out less than 2 months later and also had to be rebuilt. I could have bought a new oven for price of repairs but not a problem with service provider just the oven itself.

We had a bit of a scheduling snafu to begin, but the service when performed was stellar. The tech cleaned both washer and dryer, cleaned under the dryer and while he was prepared to clean the vents, kindly climbed up and replaced them for me with vent tubing I provided. The path is a long one, over 20 feet, but he removed the old and remounted the new vents and cleaned a bird's nest out of the exterior exit. My dryer has never worked better!

We were so freaking cold! Sitting in our newly air conditioned house was awesome this company was super busy but the owner went out of his way to get us taken care of because the temperature was extremely hot and humid. The team was polite, friendly, professional, and timely. Thank you!

They actually showed up on time. I called the day before and the scheduled me for fist call the next day. Mike came in and within a matter of minutes had diagnosed the issue. It took his less than 30 minutes to fix my dryer. I would Highly Recommend Command Service Center to anyone.

Steve, the technician, was prompt (actually early!), courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave helpful follow-up instructions/advice on future maintenance. The office personnel were also extremely friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. I also appreciated the Angie's List/1st-time customer discount.

They tested our air conditioning unit various ways to try to get it operational, but since we believe it was about 35+ years old, it was impossible to repair. They explained the products they carry and we chose a new energy-efficient quiet unit to be installed. The conditions for them to work in were brutally hot, hovering between 95-105 degrees outdoors, but they were very conscientious and got it done very professionally and as quickly as possible.

We have always been pleased with all aspects of their service. They always come when they say they will, respond quickly, and are friendly and knowledgeable.

I was called in advance of the service call and the tech was at my house on schedule. The tech efficiently evaluated the issue and resolved it by cleaning all ducts inside the dryer and to the exhaust outside the house. He also did a quick health check of the dryer and said everything was OK. Overall this was a great experience, I'll consider them for other jobs in the future.

The serviceman was prompt and very nice. He did a very thorough job inspecting and cleaning both our washer and dryer and tuning them up. He also provided pointers on how to do proper checkups on both units. Overall, I was very happy with the service and have used them again.

This deal went fine. Nothing really stood out but it was good. They delivered what they said they would - it just didn't seems as good a deal as others we've purchased.

IT WENT WELL . JEFF DID SOME EXTRA VENT CHECKING AFTER I ASKED ABOUT A CONCERN.

Two weeks after the work was completed, my dryer started leaking a brown colored liquid and the drying time was up to 1 1/2 hours for towels. When I had my dryer vent cleaned again (Nov 2012) They stated the problem was due to a screen over the end of the dryer vent and showed me how lint had completely blocked the exhaust.

He was efficient, professional, and helpful. He fixed my dishwasher, which turned out to need only a minor adjustment, not a major repair. I would highly recommend this company.

All went smoothely. Especially the scheduling since they eventually had to come several times as parts were delivered.
