The gentleman arrived on time and was very neat and clean. He cleaned out the washer and performed a standard maintenance routine checking the usual hoses and belts. The washer started shaking prior to this visit so I mentioned it. He then leveled it and suggested foam stabilizers to help absorb vibrations. He then went to check out the dryer. He cleaned out the vents and put everything back together without leaving any mess. He was there about 1.5-2 hours for a standard service call. I did not have anything major wrong with machines. This was just a maintenance visit. Based on that, I would hire them again.

We were not in the provider's service area, so no work was done.

Took the whole dryer apart. Found no mechanical issues with the machine and determined it was inadequate ventilation out thru the porch that caused the problem. Jeff re-worked the entire line going outside for me ( in -ZERO degree temps) and pin pointed all the problems I had and fixed them. I cannot express in any words, just how happy I was with him and his trustworthy, knowledgeable, beyond the call of duty service he performed to help me with this problem today. I will be calling him ( his company) whenever I have any issues with any appliance I have in the future. TOP NOTCH!!!!

This was a two-part job. Originally, our 2-year-old Honeywell humidifier (installed by Command) wasn't working properly. It turned out to be more than a filter replacement issue. There was some confusion as to what was wrong and what part was needed and the ordered part did not fit. Command felt responsible for the delay in getting the unit working and did not charge us for the service calls (the parts were still under warranty). They made the situation right which is the sign of a good operation. As for the dryer, Jeff diagnosed the problem, oiled the part buying us some time and then replaced the part a week later. Everything now works. Command remains our go-to HVAC company and we will now use them for appliance matters as well.

I would like to start by saying the work Command Service did on my home was OUTSTANDING!!!!! This work was being done due to water damage to my home so I had been dealing with the insurance company (ugh) and interior/exterior contractors (ugh and ugh). To this point the process to repair my home had been frustrating at best. It was refreshing when the technician (Jake) showed up at my home on time. Jake was professional courteous and was appreciative that I had chosen Command Service to work on my home. Jake took his cell phone out of his pocket, put it in his truck and got right to work. Due to all the contractors in and out of my house the place was trashed. As Jake put on the protective "bootys" I told him that wasn't necessary as the house was already a mess. He replied, "Yes sir, it is." When Jake went up unto the attic he noticed two issues that could cause future issues. He came down, reviewed the problem, offered the solution, called the office for a price for the additional work. Surprisingly he had the necessary equipment and materials to do the job. No running to the Home Depot for two hours like others had done. I was very impressed the technician was completely prepared to complete the task at hand. The job was completed in the time frame I was given by the estimator from Command Service and even with the extra work that needed to be done the job came in within budget. I am very pleased with the work Command Service did on my home. I have already used them for other services they provide. I would highly recommend Command Service to anyone who asked.

When they came out to do my furnace cleaning they were offering a FREE attic inspection. They checked to see if there was any air leakage as well as measure the amount of insulation I currently had. My house is 17 years old so I thought it was a good idea. Jake explained everything he was doing and how my house's insulation compared to the recommended amount by the EPA. I wasn't surprised when he told me, it wasn't enough. I felt his price was fair so I went ahead and had the job done. He was very professional while he was there and cleaned up after himself when he was done. My attic is right by 2 bedrooms that always seemed a bit colder than the rest of the house, and since Jake was her, I have noticed that it is not as cool as it was. Thanks for your work Command Service Center... Jake was great to deal with!

Jeff did a great job. He had to work a long time to get the dryer cleaned up. It really made a huge difference. Its running like a new machine! The service special thru Angie's list is a very good deal. Thanks.

Everything went really well. They were very responsive and knowledgable. Fernando was excellent, walked me through and explained everything clearly and didn't overcharge me for the job. The price actually came in a little under what they quoted. We will used Command again for sure.

Jeff was the person who performed the service. He did a great job and even went and retrieved the blower wheel part from a supplier about 15 minutes away since he did not have one in stock. I was really appreciative he took the time to get the part so I could use my dryer over the weekend. My dryer runs like a new machine now. I will certaintly use Command Center again and will specifically ask for Jeff. He was great.

I called to have my 15 year old dryer serviced. I called Thursday and the receptionist was very nice and scheduled service for next day. Serviceman was professional and on-time. Dryer fixed!

Great service. I thought my washing machine needed replacing but he showed me a way to make it work properly which has lasted me a year (it's now June 2014). It takes a little rigging with it but it's worked and it has allowed me to save up so I can now purchase a new machine. Very helpful!

We used Steve and Command Service to install a new HVAC system including furnace and AC unit. The entire experience was very positive from start to end. From the beginning, communication was excellent. In addition, all scheduled appointments were as agreed to. The installation was as scheduled and went smoothly. The installers did a great job. Overall, we are very happy with Command Service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did what they needed to do, they got back to me quickly, and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were very good. I live in Dallas and I rent that house, but they were able to work with my tenant and with me to make sure everything was done appropriately. There was a little bit more extra cost because they had to go in and I had a problem with the refrigerator. They went in and they looked at it. It was a very minimal cost. They said they could fix it, but it's easier for me just to go get a refrigerator. That was fine.

Companies like Command Service are exactly why I love Angie's List. I have had repairs on my furnace by several providers over the year, with mixed levels of satisfaction. When my heat went out (and the temp in my Chicago area home dropped to a freezing 49 degrees!) I checked Angie's List and found Command Service. I called them about 7:30am on a busy Monday morning, and Jeff was at my home by 10am. It was a simple repair which did not require any parts (one of the drain tubes was clogged). He cleaned it out, and my house was warming up about 30 minutes later. In addition to being prompt, Jeff was very friendly, explained what the issue was and how it fixed it, and very courteous of my home wearing shoe protectors and cleaning up any mess he made. What an absolute delight, and such peace of mind to know I've discovered a reputable company who responds quickly and isn't going to take advance of me or the desperate situation I was in. If Command Service is in your service area, write down their name and number and tape it to your furnace in case you need them!

The company said that they didn't service my area, and they said that they had notified Angle's list many months ago.

They got back to me immediately to let me know that they could not do the work since they don't work in my area. I appreciated their promptness and forthrightness.

It went perfectly. Fernando also explained ways to maintain the heater and make it work as efficiently as possible. We are very pleased with Fernando and the company. There was a quick response, confirmation of the appointment in the morning, and they made the service call well within the time window given.

We have been satisfied customers of Command Service to maintain our three furnaces and air conditioners for many years and have been very satisfied with the quality of their service and their punctuality. Command Service was recommended to us by a friend who is in the heating and air conditioning business. Recently, during their service they identified a leak in the heat exchanger. We priced out replacing the heat exchanger and also the costs of new furnaces. We had three local companies bid on the project and Steve from Command Service was not the lowest price, but we felt very comfortable going with him and Trane. His installer did a great job and we are very happy with our new 95% energy efficient Trane furnace. We recommend Command Service for your heating and air conditioning needs.

All done to our satisfaction. We changed our HVAC company to Command a few years back when a new AC unit was needed. We were unhappy with the company previously used. We carefully researched HVAC companies and went with Command even though they don't have the high profile name recognition and advertising reach of other area HVAC companies. Plan to keep using them until given a good reason not to. As for price, you get what you pay for so be wary of low ball estimates and quotes from others.
