Bill took our call on a Sunday and showed up Monday AM for the repair. Very capable, knowledgeable and courteous. Actually performed the repair and re-painted the ceiling area. A two visit job and the price was extremely reasonable. Professional business owner.

The job was to hook up a new hot tub but was more than I anticipated in that he also had to install an emergency shut off switch. Bill was very knowledgeable , on time and he is very direct... some may find him curt but I very much like his direct and honest approach. He was efficient and even helped me in talking to a couple of other installation guys for my stove which probably saved me another service charge.
