B&g repaired my siding that had been damaged by woodpeckers and sparrows. They repaired the holes and fixed the rotted board and even painted to match the existing house. They were professional and honest, upfront about the repair, scope of work and cost. I highly recommend.

Easy and honest to work with

TERRIBLE IS ALL I CAN SAY! I hired them to fix a leaking gutter. I paid $225 for Bill to come out to fix it. After a few days, it rained and the gutter was still leaking. He came back 3 weeks later (when he could fit me in his schedule) to fix it again. This time, it would be $275. Again, after a few days, it rained and the gutter was still leaking. We have since hired another contractor to replace our roof. The new contractor agreed to fix the gutter and include it in the damage claim. However, I needed a paid receipt for the work that was done. I asked Bill for the paid receipt and 3 weeks later, still no reply. I called him last week and he told me he was moving offices and that I needed to tell him how much I paid. Are you kidding me? I need to let him know how much I paid him? Then he sent me an invoice with a balance of $500. I then had to ask him again to show that the balance was already paid. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY BECAUSE I WASTED $500 ON NOT HAVING A SINGLE THING FIXED!

The kept me well informed of everything going on and what the next day plans were. We purchased a brand new split AC unit & not working, just because my job is completed doesn t stop them helping to troubleshoot the issues. Highly recommend B & G will higher again for our next projects. This was a Hugh project they did.

Very responsive and professional

Bill was very responsive to my request to have some exterior siding repaired. He came out and gave me an estimate and a very clear timeframe of when he could complete the work( this was very appreciated ) He came when promised and due to some weather related issues he had to change around the scheduling of completing the work however it was only a few days (as we were looking at the weather forecast) . He kept me updated every step of the way. Not only was he courteous , he was knowledgeable and cleaned up beautifully after the work . I was very pleased with the work of B & G!
