An incredibly windy weekend caused some siding of our house to become partially detached. I contacted another company for the repair and was essentially blown off, twice. No pun intended. Frustrated, I reached out to B&G. They were actually the first company to contact me by phone and text when I searched for repairs on Home Adviser (should have gone with them first). When I called, Bill was quick to answer and was able to check things out the next day. He took care of the damaged siding that was immediately obvious to me but he also took some time to check the rest of the house. To my surprise, he also repaired a few other sections I didn't realize had also started to detach. Not only was the job done quickly and successfully but the customer service was outstanding. I plan on having the bathrooms and kitchen in my house renovated and I will absolutely contact Bill again for the job.

Bill handled a siding job for me, during a very busy time of the year, when I had two previous "no shows" with another home improvement business. Most providers were not returning my calls or turning down the work because the job was not large enough. Bill immediately returned my call, guaranteed that he would show up at a specific time and date, and showed up right on time. He did an excellent and thorough job for a reasonable price. He won my trust and I can't recommend his company highly enough.

He originally came for a bathroom fan and upon further investigation turned out there was a hornets nest and he went on the roof and got rid of the nest and he took care of it right away!

Had two loose cabinet doors. Contractor is unable to find correct replacement hinges as they are no longer being made. Cabinet doors are not loose any more, but they are misaligned and not staying closed. Paid extra for hinges, two of which could not be installed as the doors would not be able to close.
