They came at 7:30 Am on Monday and by noon the roof was done The gutter was done today in an hour. Awesome work Cleaned the area and everything.

I contacted Accurate Contracting Service on Thurs. They came to do a free estimate on Fri and were back on Sat to replace the trim. Ron advised me to replace all 3 pieces of the trim instead of trying to color match the one piece that had been on the house for 17 years. I also appreciated his prompt action to prevent further damage by subsequent storms -- which were in the forecast. While a small job, we did not have the ladders or the skill to complete the task as quickly as they did. We'll keep this company in mind for larger jobs.

We are so glad we hired Accurate Contracting Service for the job! They coordinated all aspects of the project and oversaw every little detail to our great satisfaction. Ron the owner was in touch with us on a regular basis and Ryan, the project manager was not only an excellent communicator, and crew leader but extremely talented wood worker, tiler and drywall specialist as well. They have been in business for decades and their experience shows. Ron and Ryan made a recommendation for a minor floor plan change and it made all the difference in the world! Not to mention their contacts includes professional plumbers, electricians, granite specialists, inspectors and more! We have already recommended them to friends and family.!

It is now beautiful and the workmanship is perfect. Ron returned calls promptly and was really involved in every step of the way.

Back in 2015, we had them come out to do the estimate, and we agreed on price. I gave $1000.00 for a deposit. Then about a month later, I lost my job unexpectedly and had to put the work on hold until spring 2016. So in spring 2016, I called to reschedule the job, and was told I was put on the list. Here we are in November 2016, have not heard a word from them. I sent a message asking for my deposit back and that I would find another contractor to do the work, but I am still waiting for a reply to that message. I did send message to Angies List about the situation and there is nothing they can do, but suggested that I do a review, which is what I am doing now.

They designed and built an alcove for the tub and then tiled around it after the plumber was finished. They coordinated with the plumber to get the tub leveled properly and had the electrical installed. The existing window was replaced with a shorter window because the walk-in tub was much taller than the old tub. Everything worked out perfectly and it really looks nice. They cleaned up very well and removed all the trash.

Accurate did an exceptional job replacing every window in our home, 23 in total. The new windows are excellent quality and workmanship was top notch. They completed the job in two days and the owner Ron is personally involved in every aspect of the project to ensure everything is done right.

Accurate removed and installed a new roof. The job was completed in one day and the installation and clean up was excellent. I would highly recommend Accurate if your looking to have your roof replaced.

We replaced our old countertops with new granite and an under mount sink. Accurate walked us through the entire process, including picking out the custom slab and supervised the entire process to ensure accurate measurements and a flawless installation. Once we chose the slab, the new counter tops were cut and installed in 1 week!!! We love the look of our new kitchen.

Very happy with the crew who removed old shingles and put on new. One day to complete and clean up all debris. Very polite and professional.

We had some roof damage from a nasty wind storm. It took off some shingles and tar paper. Ron was quick and saved us from having to spent the money for emergency coverage. I've already recommended him to 2 of my neighbors.

I called Accurate Contracting to get an estimate for wind damage to my roof. I received a call back the same day to arrange an appointment the next day to look at my roof. Ron Peterson came out that morning and we discussed options for fixing my roof. I thought I had some leftover shingles from prior roofing work in my garage and Ron had someone come out within 1/2 hour to do the repairs. Unfortunately the shingles I had did not match so Ron came the next day to show me a shingle he found that would come close to what I had on my roof. The shingles were a close match so I authorized the job. Ron sent a crew right over and my roof has been repaired within 2 days of my call to his business. Great service!

Ron came over to give me an estimate on fixing/replacing some doors in my home. I thought it a fair price and called him back to tell him that I'd like him to do the work. He came over on 6/19/2015 to put the estimate in writing and asked for $200.00 down so I wrote him a check. I scheduled a measurement with him for 6/26/2015 in which he brought a worker with him to get the precise measurements of the door openings. Ron said he'd email the measurements to me and I would be receiving them on 6/29/2015 so I could order the doors. When I didn't receive the measurements I called him on 7/3/2015. Ron told me he forgot about it and would send them on Tuesday (7/7/2015). When I didn't receive his email with the measurements, I tried to call him directly a couple of days after. When I didn't hear back from him, I tried calling his office in which I was told they'd give him the message. I waited to hear back from Ron. It is now 9/18/2015 and still no word from Ron - not a professional way to do business and I will never consider doing business with this man again. Ron, you're fired and I'd like my $200 back or my next step will be contacting the BBB. Wow, what a bad experience!

Ron and Ryan (father & son) were very easy to deal with and very responsive to questions and concerns. I originally had contacted Accurate to replace my windows as I was considering others to do the floors and concrete etc. But after meeting with Ron we decided to have him take care of the entire job. I was updated most mornings on the work to be done on that day. They diagnosed an annoying squeak in my floor and shaved the problem joist. Also they gave good suggestions on flooring type/materials. There are so many contractors that either do shoddy work or just won't return calls. Accurate was very trustworthy and did fine work. I will be calling them for future home improvements. Highly recommended!

The owner Ron was very nice and easy to work with. He found the water damage to the ceiling was from condensation dripping of a vent pipe from the powder room. He and his crew did an awesome job repairing the damage and was organized in their approach to the problem.

Shopped around the area for a reputable roofer who was responsive and informative. Ron was what I was looking for. Him and his team had me taken care of quickly and communicated with my tenants to streamline the process. They had the work done in the same day and he informed me of other issues to consider and didn't do them without my consent. He answers his phone or quickly replies via phone message or email. Very efficient and professional. Price was on par with, or below, other quotes. NO surprises, which was my main concern.

They installed damaged window and refused to fix. Then ran with the money.

They scheduled a time that was convenient for me. All my windows were installed in one day. They are polite, and professional. I was worried about having a mess leftover but they cleaned everything up and took the old windows away.

Ron and his crew did our roof that has three roof windows, They came at seven were done by one thirty, they were just terrific. Everything was cleaned up after in the yard and all over. I would recommend them to everyone. We were so please we are going to have another project done by them. This was a complete job of taking off the old shingles and he replaced a few boards just a super job They even had a magnet to pick up all the nails in the grass. Just terrific.

However in fall of 2013, I noticed the water stain on my kitchen ceiling had returned. I called a plumber, thinking it was something minor. The plumber that came out was from Sump Pump King and said that he did not want to touch it and in fact advised me to sue the contractor. After leaving several messages and relaying what the plumber had said, I was finally able to get Ron from Accurate out to the house with a plumber. I followed up with Ron for both invoices, one for the original repair and one for the second as well as fixing the ceiling in the kitchen that was stained again. Ron said he wanted to wait a while and see if the water spots got any bigger which I agreed to. About a month later, I noticed that the water stain was spreading and called Ron with Accurate. When he got to my house, he came up with every excuse in the book as to why the leak was still there. It was that my daughters broke the toilet or the siding on the outside was leaking, there's a slow drain, etc., etc., etc. When his son, Ryan got to my house, he said it was the toilet. I will say that the tile work and painting that Ryan did was impeccable. Once Ryan started scraping the ceiling, there was nothing but mold and he ended up cutting a large section out of the ceiling so that he could spray the anti-microbial spray and then let it air out for a few days. Ron then stated that he wouldn't be able to do anything for less than $500 but would repair the ceiling and throw in the other work for $1,000. I said ok, but quickly reconsidered. I called Ron about 20 minutes later as I did not feel comfortable having him do any additional work until the leak had been resolved. I told Ron that I only wanted the ceiling fixed at this point and that I did not feel it was fair that I should have to pay any additional costs. After all, I have already paid my $1,000 deductible and the insurance has paid the balance, and this is all stemming from the original problem. If it had been fixed properly the first time, there would have been no further issues. Ron said he would call me back. He did call me back a couple days later and left a voicemail. That was on February 11, 2014, I have since called him back and as customary, he either does not return my calls or says I'll call you back and never does. The leak and gaping hole in my ceiling are still there. I also have yet to receive any detailed invoices and my homeowners insurance has stated they will not renew my policy without these. Lesson learned!

I had Accurate contracting completely renovate the exterior of my rental house in October. Ron Peterson, the owner, met with me and offered me a wide range of products and prices.He was very helpful when it came to choosing colors that went well together and the best quality products for my budget. They started the job on time and completely cleaned up every evening. The windows were completed in one day, as promised, and the roofing crew was fast and efficient and again completed the job in one day. The siding took only a few days and the end result was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Accurate contracting for all your home remodeling needs.
